Check `n Go Two Notch Rd, Columbia

Bigger sized lady had a attitude since I walked in the door made me feel uncomfortable from the start. We started the process but stopped a 1/4 of the way in. The lady has NO RESPECT for ppl didn't get her name just told her stop the process and just left.

The guys over at Check n Go were nice and very helpful. Would definitely recommend them in a time of need.

Capris was such a big help with helping me with my services. Not only was she professional but she was also very helpful and understanding. She made me feel comfortable with my services I would definitely recommend anyone who is looking for assistance to come and see her.

I came in this morning for an appointment made yesterday. The store manager Capris was extremely rude and unprofessional from the moment I walked in the door. Didn’t even greet me as I walked in. I asked was there anyone else available to assist and there was not. My experience was not a pleasant one. It left a bad taste in my mouth and I asked for her manager before leaving. The manager Tameka was very courteous. I will be filing a corporate complaint on Capris today. Everyone else stated the experience was pleasant and I went by reviews that were left before. I pride myself on excellent customer service and she displayed none. I’m not sure if she’s having a bad day today, but that should never reflect how you treat your customers.I will not be coming back to this location ever.

I would like to say that I called over the phone to inquire about a loan and Ms. Alana the Manager assisted me. She was super knowledgeable about the products and was able to set me up for an appointment. I was able to come in and start everything. She was so nice and very professional. However, although I had to come back because I had to leave for an appointment, I will be back to finish up the process and refer this location to all my friends that I do know. Everyone was very polite and professional. I read some of the harsh reviews from some customers experiences only to feel that these girls give a great impression as I watched many customers walk through the door. Everyone has opinions, but from what I saw as they were busy, the whole entire staff has great personalities. I wanted to post the positives vs the negatives people only seem to see.

Capris young, great service. The moment I walked in the door Ms Young was very polite and instructed me on what I needed to do to start the process. The whole time she was patient and understanding and did all she could to help me out. Service was over and beyond. She was a blessing.

Ms. Capris was professional and helpful and guided me through the loan process very well. I visited the business Christmas eve. Had it not been for the gentleman who works with her calling me and asking me to visit the business to see how they can help; I would have been too embarrassed to do so. Ms. Capris and the gentleman were friendly, knowledgeable and able to answer all of my questions. Ms. Capris was amazing in her communication and explaining all of the documents needed to get me through the loan process. In our conversations, I can tell that she is a woman of faith. This place is disgusting. I just called to get information on what all I need and to ask questions. The lady I spoke with on the phone got SO RUDE and disrespectful all because I had another question. She sounded extra nasty because she wasnt answering my first question correctly. I wish I could remember her name but she sounded like an older lady. I would never go there. I hung up n quickly discarded this business as an option to go to.

When I stopped by I was greeted by Ms.Capris who was helping another customer. By the time she approached me she had already started my process. I then worked with Tre who was extremely knowledgeable and informative. It was a smooth & quick process. Very pleasant experience.

Not professional at all. The sign on the door says they open at 10. The first time I went they did not open until 11. Today they just sat there and not open the door at 10 am. They open when they feel like it. The lady in there is the most rudest woman I ever meet. On top of that this place is a rip off. Go somewhere else, this is not the right stop

Most of my experience was pleasant until the day my account was paid off. The manager was very rude and sarcastic. I am happy that the other staff that I interacted with doesn’t treat customers like she does.
