If I had known about being able to pay bills here sooner, I would have already been a regular customer! The staff are phenomenal! They are prompt, friendly, helpful, and funny. I had called the store to ask a question and honestly the first impression they made was a lasting one for sure! You now can consider me a regular customer! Thank you for making my first experience one I'll never forget!!

Domoneeque is a great employee. The only reason why I keep coming back. Great customer service, great with interpersonal skills, great at solving problems. She definitely knows how to do her job well. Check n go is better with her on the team.

Love this place I deal with the manager only and she is very pleasant and very helpful. If you go early you can get in and out but you go any time after eleven or noon yes you do have to wait for a while so like the saying goes early bird gets the worm. Get up and get there early if you need there assistance........

Had a great experience with this location & the new manager yiset was very pleasent to work with and new exactly what she was doing made my day to be honest . Recommend to anyone who needs this type of service .

So a year since my last visit and nothing has changed, 3 windows open and 1 person working so slow you have time to run a marathon. Coustmer service is the worse here. Don't come here unless you have to.

Always have a good experience. Before Ann got transferred it was awesome. Luckily they brought in Evelyn who is amazing and very helpful.

Doralis helped me and I had a great experience. She was very personable and friendly I did not feel rushed or a burden she took her time and went over all the paperwork until I felt confident and comfortable.. I will surely become a repeat customer.

Long wait. One employee at a time, this time she was all by herself (7/12/19 @ 6:55 pm). More than 10 people waiting at the time for different reasons, I couldn't get done what I wanted to do and we were turned down and asked to leave and come back tomorrow. Very slow service due to the fact of having just one person working behind the counter. This kind of situation happens almost every week. Why? 🤔

Only reason they didn't get 5 stars now from 3 years ago was because they took so long to getcha in and out...I had to think about it...

The two employees are the best they work very hard and are very polite and have to deal with a lot of people. I would think that the company would send one more person to work with them on the 1st and 3rd of the month cause it's very very very busy.

I go here every Wednesday...if it isn't the 1st day of the month, then you can be in & out in no time. The people who work there are multi-lingual, and put in their best effort to serve you.

The new crew in check n go douglas ave are great. They are friendly and nice. Doralis is the best of them all. All smiles here.

I have been with this company for years now that they have this new manager everything is so complicated if you go for a loan and your check was deposit showing them your mobile app is not enough they want you to go to your bank and get an statement but the statement is not available till oct 18 they dont believe not doing bussiness with this people anymore
