Best loan office around. The staff is super friendly, they acknowledge or greet everyone that walks in, and for there to be only one to two people working at a time our business gets handled in a timely manner, they are just go go go at this place non stop, I highly recommend it. I came in to pay a bill and the staff was very friendly and had me in and out within minutes. The store manager, Precious, was very knowledgeable about what the store had to offer and informed me of the other services they offered. She is very personable and professional. I think I got a lady by the name Samantha. First let me say her smile brighten my day I was having a bad day but as soon as I walked through the doors her smiled welcomed me in. Second off she knew what she was doing and how to help my situation. Me talking to her I felt like I knew her forever the whole time she doing all that with a smile. You guys need more people like Samantha I think that’s her name.
