Check `n Go Fort St, Riverview

I got a payday loan from here. I have been here before. I am usually very careful about checking amounts and dates, but I let my guard down this time. They normally quote you the next two paydays out, so I assumed that was what they were doing this time as well. It is stressful and embarrassing to get a payday loan. We only do it when we absolutely have to. I had my mind elsewhere. I was quoted April 9th, thinking that that sounded right but they had made a mistake. They counted 14 days out, not to my next paycheck, which is actually illegal. I will not be back here again. Make sure to double check the dates. It is a legal contract.

Beth and ISIS always treat me good. I love coming to see them. They are always willing to help me out.

I would like to say that I wish all the employees of payday advance places were more like Wanda at this Riverview location. Past experience with these kinds of places is not very positive. Most of the time the employees are extremely pushy and / or rude. However Wanda is extremely nice, gets you in and out, is not pushy, is honest with you when you ask a question, and goes above and beyond when it comes to helping her customers. An example of above and beyond is when I did not have a check with me and her computer was acting up. Her co-worker was telling her that I just need to pay off my loan and can re-loan on the following Monday. This stressed me out badly as I had bills do that day and could not afford to wait till Monday. Miss Wanda got on the phone with other check n go locations and had another location email her a check so that I could re-loan and pay my bills. She didn't have to do that, but she did anyways because she cares about her customers. Trust me when I say that I CANNOT WAIT until I am out of the re-loan cycle. However, IF I ever have to do another payday advance in the future I will be returning to the Riverview location and requesting Wanda.

Jeannia is amazing and a lot of help. She went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. I will definitely be back to use their services again. Thank you again Jeannia

I enjoyed coming to this location it's right by my job. Jeanne is the nicest person, she makes the experience real easy and explains everything.

Fast, helpful, and the ladies there are very outgoing!! The girl in training I think her name was wanda she was very helpful. I will be coming back soon.

Beth and Isis are very friendly. Definitely a must go to if you need to cash a check or get a loan.

Stopped in just to see how loaning works. Jeannia was with a regular and she was super friendly. While I was waiting for her to be done, she kept checking back with me. It smelled so good in this office. She mentioned how she supplied the office with something. She explained everything to me thoroughly and straight to the point. She was also so embracing. Way to go Jeannia. She deserves a raise.

This place is very nice. Staff is pretty friendly! There are times they could use more than one person working at a time. Staff tries to go a fast as they can. But wait times can be long if there is someone just ahead of you.
