Chequita was fantastic! She was prompt answering my questions via the phone and when I arrived at the store, she remembered me and walked me through the process to get my loan in cash the same day. She was EXTREMELY professional in every way. As other customers would call and come in, she was super at greeting everybody with a smile and multi tasking to help everyone as quickly & efficiently as humanly possible. I highly recommend this store location!!!

Chequita was great! She was patient and professional, answering my many questions without hesitation or indifference. Customer Service has disappeared with so many businesses, it was refreshing to speak with someone who seemed to actually care and know their job.

Chequita is the BOMB. COM.. Waited at Calumet City location for 15 min.. lights were on but Doors locked at 11am...I had just spokee with someone there 15 min prior...Chequita assured me she would get me in and out of I just drove to her... She kept apologizing for them not being open and especially me being on a time schedule... She explain everything... She was so professional...I was so mad at first but I left so happy... Every establishment needs a CHEQUITA..

Once again Chequita provided exceptional customer service. She has outstanding personal skills and has a certain of making me feel that while this is a hardship matter, that everything will be ok.

I am a regular at this Check N Go and I have to say that Chequita is such a wonderful asset when it comes to helping and explaining how things work. I also feel extremely comfortable with her because she’s so diligent in her pursuit of making those around her understand the ins and outs on how things work. Phenomenal worker and she’s very detailed.

I stumbled into check n go with my head down, wondering if I would be able to receive a loan. I was assisted by a young lady named Chequita. She assured me she would do her best to get me approved, an she did just that. My spirits where down upon entering the store but just talking with her even without getting approved yet on the loan brought my spirits to an all time high. Great customer service, friendly, sweet you name it she was it.

Chiquita is amazing! Jasmine as well! They’ve made some of my fiancé and I’s most stressful days less stressful! They go above and beyond! Words can’t even express how grateful we are.

First time going to this location had to find a new location since the last time I went to the crestwood location and the lady was just so rude and snobby walked into the 183rd location and chequita was in such a good mood happy so respectful and helpful. She was the true definition of perfect customer service definitely will be going back to this location specifically to deal with her
