Samantha is absolutely amazing! Extremely professional and prompt. Had to sneak away from work and was on a tight schedule. She got me in and out with no problems at all! Would highly recommend.

Mrs.Samantha was so helpful i called her earlier asking her how can I go by applying for a loans and she instantly when into details about the process. She did inform me about the store hours as well, when I made it in she was just as friendly as the phone conversation. She is so amazing 😉 she will go up and beyond her time of duties she also stayed over to assist me instead of saying sir I’m closed at the moment. I would like for y’all to go and check her out. She is very beautiful as well. So go see her with no strings attached...

Earlier this year I had to give this place a one star due to an employee that provided horrible customer service (I've never written a Google review before until then) but not long after I posted that 1 star rating, that employee no longer works there. Not sure if it was due to my comment here or other reasons but NOW, I give it a 5 star! Monique is always pleasant and patient. This place has saved my tail a few times and I would absolutely now recommend this place to anyone. Wonderful customer service (:

Not the best experience. I had a loan and got so used to them calling me to tell me I was due. I never got a call or a voicemail so I thought I was current. I got a call a few days after my due date, and the lady was speaking so incredibly fast I to ask her to repeat herself . I thought she was saying that I needed to come and pay. I drove to the branch and no one was there. The doors were locked this was at 3:30pm after waiting for 10 or 15 minutes someone finally came to open up. After I got to the branch to pay she told me my check was returned, and I had a fee. I went to my bank to get more money to pay the fee, and then I realized the check had all ready cleared. I went back to show them. The district manager was there and became very argumentative and was actually yelling at me. He was upset because I said no one called me. He showed me a log where someone had called, and I stated it would have been nice if they would have left a voicemail. He again yelled at me, and I asked him to please stop yelling. He refused and continued to yell. He said I wasn't listening. I said I'm not listening when someone is yelling at me. I then said clearly you guys dont know how to treat a customer so I told them I would be taking my business elsewhere. He laughed and said no you will be back. It made me feel very disrespected, and I felt like he was referring to me as a second class human. If you looking for a place go to one of the other 8 pay day loan places in desoto county. The employees here are great the district manager is a jerk. Go somewhere else. I called check and go corporate number, and I'm still waiting on a call to share my experience.
