Check `n Go Beaver Brook Plz, New Castle

Employee calls me out of nowhere asking me to give him my personal information. I asked him why and he hung up on me. I had to call back 3x before he finally told me it was check and go and do I want a loan. WOW and I asked him for his name and he paused for 2 mins and I believe he gave a fake name.

One thing I appreciate is great customer service. It made for a better experience overall. Najada was very pleasant and engaging. I had customers ahead of me but I still was taken care of in a good amount of time. Thank you for your services and answering any questions I had.

My time at Check n go applying for a loan was excellent. The customer service from Courtney and Joslyn was amazing. They were both patient they worked with me every step making doing everything they were were able to help me. I felt important as a customer while being assisted.Its always nice to walk in and see smiling faces i wouldn't go anywhere else.

I love this Check n Go! Alesha and Najada are very informative and both have wonderful customer service. Whenever I go in the store, no matter what type of day I am having they always seem to make it better. I feel like i knew them both for a long time, more like family............Thank you to Alesha and Najada!

Nice clean place. The customer service was impeccable. I was seen quickly and spoke to Alesha (i think the manager ) who helped me through the process. I will be coming back and would refer a friend here 👍🏾👍🏾

I recently visited the Check 'n Go store, I spoke with an employee named Najada she was fantastic and provided excellent customer service to me. She was very polite and courteous. she was very efficient and extremely helpful and got me done quickly. I was in and in out of the store in no time! My experience at the new Castle office was great. Courtney was very professional and courtesy and proficient. You actually made a good choice by having her as an employee, and she should become a manager or supervisor at this location or another. The atmosphere here is already very welcoming and Najada makes it even better. I had loads of questions yet she took her time, explained everything and was very nice while doing so. If she isn't management she should be.. I'll be back very soon

After a less than great experience with Kristen at the Newark location, Alesha at the New Castle location as well as Ali at the Elkton location were amazing! They were very understanding, accommodating and professional. The associate at the Newark store could learn a lot from Alesha and Ali. I highly recommend either of these two locations.
