Check `n Go W 4th St, Wilmington

I called every Check n Go in Delaware and they are the only only ones to answer the phone! They helped me make sure my loan was payed on time! The Manger is amazing and very professional I would recommend the Check n Go over every one else in Delaware because they are the only ones to answer the phone and act professional like a store should be!

And the best customer service award goes too........Nneka & Lisa!!!! Its a great experience with how this company is doing business , trustworthy, knowledgeable and quick in response. The atmosphere was very clean, professional and inviting. I have never been more proud and happy to write a review. I would give 10 stars if that were possible :-)

Ive had 2 recent experiences at this location aside from me using check n go many years ago..my first experience was pleasant with no problems with cashing my check but my last experience was very unprofessional poor and disgusting. I can say not all the employees were rude and disrespectful but the manager was either on her cycle or her man wasnt loving her correctly. So i came to cash my check and was told i could only get 600 in cash and the rest has to be put on their prepaid card that they supplied, which i was ok with that just needed my cash. So maybe a couple days later i go to use my card and was told by the rep from the card that i had to register my card but while i was doing that wasnt able to because they gave me someone elses card and so when i was giving the people from the card my info they was saying it was the wrong info (at that time i didnt know i had someone elses card) so i call check n go and they basically said they dont even have a record of me even making a transaction at their location. Mind you the woman that cashed the check was the woman that answered and said she remembered me...long story short the manager named Monica or Momikah or something along those lines was very upset when she got on the phone as i was explaining what was going on. She proceeds to hang up in my face the first time i spoke with her (when i finally talked to her after she came back from her appointment during store hours). So the next day i called as soon as they opened she answers and says i told you i would call you when i figure out what was going on! mind you this is $600+ that just miraculously went missing so yes i will call thank you. so then fast forward they scrounge up money from somewhere and tell me to come get it. but because of transportation issues i wasnt able to come til the next morning because it was late the day before. so as soon as i walk in the manager basically dismisses me and tells the other lady they wasnt going to service me because i came the next day. so i stood there til i got my money dispite what she was saying. of course they made me wait dumb long but as soon i got my money i asked to speak to the manager knowing she was sitting right there and this bold soul WALKED AWAY like i didnt just ask for her smh. so then when i asked for her name and corporates number she says ITS ON THE DOOR and i asked for her name for the record even though i already knew it she says MANAGER! so then i proceeded to let her know how sour she was and how bad her customer service was...i give this store a solid 3 but MOMICKA or however you spell her name should really reconsider her position as a manager because her attitude reeks!

My rep was nice kind and she was very informative about everything she took her time and she made sure I knew about everything before I signed on the dotted line. Her customer service was 100+and her name was Lisa and because of Lisa I give the store 5 stars. Thank you and yes I will definitely recommend everyone to go to check and go in Wilmington...

The second representative was pleasant and approachable with her tone, I guess the other lady was having an unpleasant afternoon. I am happy with how much I was approved for and I am glad I was able to get it. I would recommend paying more than the minimum payment. Peace and Love.

Shamira and Nneka were awesome. There customers service is second to none. They were helpful and knowledgeable and made my experience a good one When I came in a was feeling done and they both bright my day. They both were truly a blessing

Met with Theresa moments ago, she was very pleasent and efficant with processing my loan. Although I was a returning customer she still spent the necessary time going over my options with my (which I highly appreciate) and I was able to pick the best option for my situation. I highly recommend this place and will be back if needed.

So I came here today with uncertainty and didn’t think I would be approved for a loan.I was assisted by a lovely Shamira, who handled my loan process fast end efficiently.She processed my paperwork and before you know it I was approved.She explained several loans options and gave me great insight on the payback agreements leaving me very comfortable with making my loan choice. I would definitely recommend Check n Go and make sure to ask for Shamira!!

customer service sucks over the phone. I spoke with a manager who was very rude. I called to find out if I was able to pickup a western union for $700 and she rudely responded with " we don't discuss that over the phone" I tried to rephrase my question and asked if there was a maximum (which is a legit question for any business that does western union because it would make no sense for me to travel somewhere seeking a service that is not available.) and the manager then responded being very condescending " again we do discuss that over the phone if you want to come in and find out that's up to you " as if i was a child.

They weren’t exactly rude but one of my checks were ripped and she said they couldn’t cash it. And then she told me since I’m not 18 I cannot get my check cashed. I went to a different place and got the ripped one cashed anyways. All I’m saying is if I’m old enough to receive a check and have identification I should still be able to get my money as fast as any 18 year old.

Very excellent customer service. Lisa helped me the whole way through and explained everything I needed to know. Would recommend to anyone. Fast and very satisfying service .

This was my first time coming into check n go for a loan. I was greeted upon arrival and the lady behind the counter (Ladovia) who assisted me was very nice, patient, and thorough. I was in desperate need going in but happy go lucky leaving. I really appreciate all your help Ladovia) and will return if I'm ever in financial need.

After reading these reviews I honestly can say I have never had a bad experience with this loan location (Adams Four) first let's remember the location and then remind ourselves of what these employees deal with daily. People who are in need of money probably already are frustrated and can be nasty. With that being said I can say my experience with Theresa has been absolutely great. I'm always treated kindly and never kept waiting. Theresa knows her job well and is superb at customer service. She is always helping the other employees/newly hired and seems as though she takes her job serious as well as making sure the other employees do also. Thank you Theresa for your excellent service with a smile!

I had no issues. It was very fast easy and convenient. As long as you have what is required you shouldn’t have any issues. Shamira was a great help. Also they try to help you in any way they can. Ronnique was also very friendly and helpful. This is the best place I ever got a loan. On the real though you all know the interest rate is high cause the loan type and you getting the cash right there. Won’t go else where. This is the place.

Check n Go on 800 W 4th St in Wilmington DE, is the best. They took care of me. The customer service was excellent. I was in and out real quick. I advise everyone to go there. If you help with bill, money etc. Please "Go n Check" them out get it.. "Check n Go"

I was lead to this check n go in adams four plaza in Wilmington, I actually came to help a friend. My experience is the Manager needs customer service training! The other employees were not to bad. One employee did smile back at me, but they don't greet you at all, no welcome to check n go or even a hello 🤔, I actually got into a debate with the Manager she is very rude and unprofessional, she even said to me there a number to complain is on the door, when i stated I will add to the bad reviews online! Smh I dont recommend this place at all! Go to check n go in Newark! I was so appalled that I am going to reach out to the corporate office.
