Very thrilled to have conducted business in this establishment! The employees were very helpful the entire process through, and we're beyond clear and concise in their explanations. Beth at Sellersburg Indiana location is really good at her job and friendly at the same time. She makes sure I'm in and out in an accurate manner. The problem I have is with higher UPS. They are always short handed making one or two people deal with all the people especially at beginning of month it's hectic not to have more employees available. Also over the years I have seen a lot of great employees quit or be fired for non sense. People who busted butt in stressful environments, followed guidelines to the T. Please do your employees better besides that service is good and I would recommend your business to others.

I recently visited the Sellersburg branch of Check N Go for the first time. I've been in similar establishments and they don't rate anything close. The CSR, I later learned was filling in, and the Manager, Beth, that I learned was new, quickly greeted me before the door was all the way closed. Beth immediately offered to assist me. She was so genuinely friendly, I could tell she truly wanted to help me. Having worked in banking for 20 years, I easily recognize and very much appreciate genuine excellent customer service. Beth was so professional, discreet, and made me her top priority, even though she was multi tasking, helping the other CSR. Beth even invited me back and said she looked forward to seeing me again! So sweet! The next time I went in, there was a kids corner with a cute table and chairs, complete with coloring books and crayons. In the other corner were donuts and waters for the customers. And this time, Beth greeted me by name! I highly recommend and give Beth and the Sellerburg Check N Go 5 stars for sure!

I have never had a bad experience going into the store. Beth is great and very helpful. Best place to go in town for help . Go check them out for check cashing or needing extra money .

Love the younger and older ladies that work here!!! They’ve always been on top of their game and so polite and kind!! I come here often due to the banks closing before i can get there to cash a check!! And they always have me in and out in mere minutes!!! Great place and awesome people!!

Great place since it’s under new management it’s very clean and the ladies are very friendly and professional highly recommend it if you need some extra cash. Ask for Beth she will take care of you and your needs!
