Sonya and Kylene are great and always greet me with the best customer service. It's nice going somewhere that people know you by your first name and a lot of people come in and out of here but they never forget. I am glad they make the experience 10 times better for everyone. They both deserve a raise or bonus. I love coming to this store because they have the best team work and mesh well together.

I Called the store before hand and she answered the phone so cheerful.and was very helpful. Came in the store right after and she helped me right away. Very polite and detailed. Told about all the services they offered. Great help. Thanks guys!

I'd give this place below zero stars if I could. So many reviewers have praised Sonya Gardner for her customer service - none of them have had her reject their paystub because it has overtime and/or bonus pay. When I confronted about this, she had the audacity to deny what she had just done!

The service we get at the South Cedar Check -n-Go is great. 👍Kylene is always cheerful, willing to help her customers to the best of her ability and very knowledgeable about her work. My cat ate a needle and thread so we had to get a check-n-go to pay the bill. Kylene knows us as the ladies who's cat ate a needle amd thread. She has a very good memory. We always enjoy seeing her.

I have the most positive experiences every time I have come in to borrowed money. They are very patient on the south side and willing to help in any way they can. You ladies Rock!

Very helpful and insightful of the entire process. Both ladies were willing to help and answer any questions that i presented! Phenomenal service, the process was quick. There was numerous other customers there and these ladies were moving as fast as they could. Yet They were still laughing and making it an enjoyable experience and getting threw people efficiently.
