    Absolutely the worst company. We had a unique problem and my sales guy said he was gonna take care of it and never did then when I starting calling everyday to get answers, my sales guy Jason got an attitude with me and now I’m just getting ignored by him and the head sale guy, they won’t answer my calls or my emails. This is completely unacceptable for a corporate company to deal with problems. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone.

    They charged me for insurance on my equipment, meanwhile I had insurance on it the entire time. They only refunded me up to 6 months of the insurance payments and I was paying it for over 2 years. When covid hit and I asked them to settle, their settlement amount was only 3% off of the remaining balance, meanwhile other banks that I had financed other equipment with all offered 10-15% off total balance of the loan. They have zero sympathy for anyone who goes through a rough time. They are ruthless. If you’re more than three days late over your due date, they charge a $200 late fee. They won’t waive the late fee unless you pay what’s owed and then they send a “request” to have it waived. They will take your first born if they can. Please use Amur equipment finance, Lakeland bank or any other financial institutions for your financial needs, especially if you’re a business!

    I paid off my loan 10/19/20 fund cleared the Wells Fargo Bank at Direct Capital 10/20/20, yet they pulled an incorrect loan payment 10/26/20. I have called many times and sent emails. They will not refund for more than (30) days later. Unbelievable and unprofessional to say the least.

    LOOK OUT FOR HIDDEN FEES and other tricks!!! If you've already fell victim, file a Better Business Bureau complaint and a Federal Consumer Protection Bureau complaint. I clearly applied for a vehicle loan. The documents were written somewhat generally as if they could be used for a purchase or rental agreement. After the transaction went through they intentionally delayed my payment terms and applied my payments toward a rental instead, even though the title, title application, and other documents were completed for a purchase. It seems as if it's an attempt to extort additional money from buyers. Look somewhere else for financing!!! Someone replied to this post and said they made some adjustments because of my concerns. They actually made adjustments because I filed a Better Business Bureau complaint and a Federal Consumer Protection Bureau complaint. The person also said the company tried to reach me, but that's not true.

    I don't know what all of this reviewers are talking about but we applied for equipment finance trough them . At the beginning they were sending us emails and calling us that they can help us> When we applied for a loan and they run a credit they went cold completely , no return calls no return emails. We have to call them for a 2 days in order to get some kind of loan status. Finally we find out that we need 50 % down ( what ) . Don't waist your time on this guys because they are not serious and can't deliver what they promise. We got approved from another place with 10% down in several hours.

    This company sent me a loan application through docusign when I didn't ask for it. Then they repeated to send me reminders EVERY TWO DAYS FOR 6 MONTHS...even after I requested to stop multiple times. Luis Marriott is the "underwriter" who continuously sends me this application and I'm quite sure he has it sending as an auto-reminder. This is not cool. Business owners beware. Not surprised this company has a 2.8 star reputation on Google.

    My company was approved for $150,000 equipment loan, I only needed $4,000. After several conversations I signed the contract (which by the way, the monthly payment was higher they originally quoted), they charged $231 from my account and said I just needed to wait for the equipment. 2 week passed without any information and decided to send them an email, which was answered with the following message: " our company decided not to give you the loan, sorry, have a great day". Really? After a month, being approved (Not pre-approved) for a loan 40 times higher the amount that I requested, signed the agreement and charge my account? This is a scam and you have to avoid giving your information to this company.

    This company first approved me for a small loan, took $517.84 from my checking account then denied my loan. After contacting them I was told that the funds would be returned in 3 to 5 days and 12 days latter I am still waiting for the funds to be returned.

    Great company! We finance all of our 3d printers using them. I currently have over 150k in loans with them and they gave me the best price and service. I would highly recommend working with Elliot Hansen if you want to establish an account, he provides amazing service.

    I cannot even begin to tell you how awful this company is. We have done business with them for over 15 years but they have gotten worse and worse. Our last lease we went thru hell with them and said back then, once this one was complete we would never do business with them again. If your a new or existing business I STRONGLY suggest you go elsewhere. They charged us a personal property tax for the 1st time ever and said it was paid to the state. In our state you don't pay personal property tax to the state. After speaking with the Attorney General's Office its clear they are charging us and keeping the money themselves. They defraud customers intentionally. Direct Capital - Please don't respond with some phony canned response asking us to call you. When you call you are sent to cyber space and no one calls you back.
