Community Lending Group provided my wife and myself outstanding service as we worked to refinance our home to obtain a better interest rate and pay off several large loans before my retirement in July 2022. Jeremy listened carefully to our concerns and desires and asked important questions of us and then provided 2 excellent options and explained the advantages and possible disadvantages giving our own unique set circumstances. He gave his advise and left the final decision to us. Along the way, he answered additional questions to help us make the right decision for us. His assistant Amy provided wonderful help as we worked through the required documents and paperwork. I would highly recommend Community Leading Group to anyone.

I think I've had three different loans through Jeremy. He has done awesome. My mother-in-law is a real estate agent who has enjoyed his professionalism also. Anytime I have questions. We recently purchased a home that was for sale by owner, so we didn't have any real-estate agents helping us through the process. I was initially looking at the online options thinking they may be cheaper but I read some negative reviews about the online ones not hitting deadlines and slow communication, so I wanted to go with someone local to make sure I'd be able to get a hold of someone and that I didn't miss any deadlines. Dylan Tucker was great to work with! My wife and I have refinanced our house three times with Dylan over the last few years. In my entire life I never thought I would need a "mortgage guy" but since refinancing with Community Lending, specifically Doug jensen, years ago we have actually used him six or seven times for several refinances and a new mortgage. He is always upfront, honest, and tells us exactly what to expect. He lets us know if there are any hiccups, delays, and what the reasons for them are. He's never tried to talk us into a different mortgage because it would be better for him, but he does let us know all of our options and lets us decide. Always professional, he and Ashley are always quick to respond, and I don't see myself going to another mortgage person for a very long time if ever. Give them a call.
