After a year of opening high interest credit cards to stay financially afloat, I began to sink. I made the call and asked for help. Within 10 minutes on the phone I had a phone appt scheduled to work with a counselor, and it was one of the best decisions I've ever made!!!! Jared has worked with me over the last week to get signed up to pay off most of my debt in 3 years, which would have taken me over 10 on my own!!!! I'm so thankful for all your hard work!!!! Friends, don't be afraid to ask for help! They are amazing!!!!

I am so thankful that I found Lisa at CCCS! I needed direction and information on my student loans/loan forgiveness. Lisa assessed my needs during our session and guided me through the steps I had to complete. Before Lisa, I was intimidated to even begin. She showed me exactly what to do and even suggested a repayment plan that might work better for me. The fee was so small in comparison to what was provided. Lisa even volunteered to make herself available to me if I needed her in the future - should I have questions or require extra support! I’m so happy with the personal quality of the service I received.

CCCS was recommended to me by a friend to help with my credit card debt. I originally met with an advisor in the beginning of summer who was very informative and knowledgeable. When we first talked he suggested I try to stick to my budget plan and see how I do, and if not then I could come back for a follow up and see what to do next. I ended back at their office last month, and asking for help. Shortened story- my first payment is about to come up and I will be debt free in October of 2024. The advisor I met with on my second visit was wonderful. He put up with all my questions and was very personable. I recommend anyone giving them an hour of your time to see how they can help you. And if you say who referred you then that person gets a credit which is cool too.

After getting myself financially in a situation, I decided it was time to get some help. I researched online and found CCCS of Buffalo. I spoke to Jared for a short time, and he was able to put a lot of my questions to ease. The first question was, is CCCS legit since I am nowhere near Buffalo NY. He assured me they were, and proceeded to explain how it all works, what the company is and stands for, and above all, his experience helping people needing debt management. Also knowing that CCCS is a not for profit company, unlike other debt management companies you will find on a google search. Overall, I am extremely pleased with how it all turned out, and knowing I will be debt free in a little over 4 yrs. Thank you Jared for making me feel at ease, and for what you do for people like myself who find themselves in a financial fiasco! We may have different careers, but we both help people everyday, and that's something to be proud of. I very much appreciate what you have done to help me.

CCCS and my counselor Stacey truly saved me when I was in a financial crisis. The past few months have been difficult dealing with unforeseen circumstances and expenses caused by the pandemic. In a few short days, all of my outstanding payments were consolidated into a single payment with an interest rate more than 10x less than what my lenders were imposing. I cannot thank them enough.

Great organization. Truly cares about the customer (me!). I have been drowning in credit card debt for years (related to medical / other bills), trying to get out of debt on my own. Interest rates were continuing to increase making it impossible to pay down balances. They have negotiated lower rates to allow me to pay more principal and get out of debt sooner. I cannot wait for that last payment to be made. I had over $20,000 worth of credit card debt between 5 cards, with all APRs over 20%. I called CCC and they were extremely helpful and non-judgmental from the beginning to the end. In less than 3 years I was completely debt free. They negotiated a lower APR on my behalf and made sure my payments were on time. They also provided credit counseling and educational resources to assist anyone who wanted it. They were always available to answer questions. I am so grateful for the assistance and experience they provided. It’s because if them that I am financially free with a 751 credit score.

Credit counselor Stacy Waugh is a friendly, professional and very knowledgeable employee with your company. She answered all my credit questions in great detail and gave me the right information I needed to make better decisions with my credit in the future. AMAZING! I went in for a meeting regarding my student loans and it was worth every second and every penny. Lisa was beyond helpful and informative as she provided me with every possible option to best meet my personalized situation. She was very caring, as were the rest of the staff. During my appointment, I never felt rushed or that my questions were not valued. I left my appointment with my student loans consolidated, a new lower payment plan that best met my situation, and my forgiveness plan set up. The information Lisa provided me with about all of my options would have taken weeks to research on my own. She was very knowledgeable and easy to talk to about finding the best pathway for me. The amount I am saving in my first adjusted school loan payment is more than the cost of a single appointment. CCCS is an absolutely amazing business. I met with two different counselors on two separate occasions and both were so patient and amazing. I met with James to review my credit and Lisa to review and take action on my student loans and both were amazing. I feel accomplished and knowledgeable about my current credit responsibilities. I will definitely keep in touch with them.

CCCS of Buffalo is a great option in today's world. They provided some fantastic options to lower rates and pay things off within a few years.
