I am.a professional woman that encountered a financial emergency last year and needed to borrow. This has been the worst business transaction. Don't put your car for cash loan, they will harass you for payment. I pay every month on auto pay but they keep sending me texts and phone calls that I'm late. I check my payment online and everything is cleared. I'm officially reporting Credex to BBB to investigate this business. They keep asking for more and more money for interests. They charge $5 over the phone for payment. Stay away from Credex remember once you give them your car they got the upper hand. Use pay day loan or some other form of loan there are a few out there without using title of your car. You can lose your car and end up with more pfoblems. This company will be investigated be careful.

Horrible exp with this company fell behind payments less than 60 days lost my job two months ago got a new job my phone went off they assumed I was not communicating with them so they repo my car midnight. Also I had all my clothes in the car they send me a outdated letter telling me they are selling my car in less than a week. Stay away from them

Great place, clean, good service, and attentive. However, no bathroom and long wait time for process. You have to go to gas station for bathroom! 😂😂 Gloria was very efficient, informative, and hospitable. But other than that an overall good experience and you gotta have patience though haha.
