Polite, quick and accurate. CSE has earned my business for 40 years, and yet they always seem to improve. There's an atmosphere there. If you've been a customer as long as I have, you realize the staff cares, and stays.

This is my 2nd auto loan that I have had with Cassie and she is absolutely amazing! She is very helpful and efficient not to mention EXTREMELY friendly. Thank you Cassie!

I had an appointment this morning with Shawn O’Brien so that I could refinance my Jeep. I am very happy with how the appointment went, and I highly recommend Shawn!

Met with Ann to open a checking and savings account and it was both fast and efficient. Everything was explained very well and it went quick. Very nice experience. Credit Union offers nice amenities for it’s customers.

Wonderfully clean building, very attentive staff. Everybody seemed very pleasant. We were able to open a joint checking account within 15 to 20 minutes and had our debit cards with our own names on them right then and there. We were given very precise instructions on how to work everything including the website and given a very detailed description of how everything worked. All in all, a very pleasant experience.

Smooth and easy getting signed up for a new account. On top of the wonderful experience I was able to get a vehicle loan all remotely from my office. Jennifer Fryer was very thorough and Penny was a delight opening my savings. Thank you CSE team!

I have NEVER experienced such amazing customer service in my life. I have been a member of CSE for many years, they have not only helped me establish my credit, but have built lasting relationships. They gave me hope when I had none. No matter what financial situation you may find yourself in, ALL of the employees are always willing to help, or point you in the proper direction. From the phone, to the drive through, tellers, loan officers and anyone else I forgot, for many years I can honestly say I am 100% satisfied with my banking family.

Beth at the Meyers Lake office is whom helped me with my auto loan! She went above and beyond. She helped us finance 2 trucks one we had to take back to the dealership because they we unaware that it was deleted( no emission system) . The second truck we found was of course out of state but she made it happen even though it was a private seller! Now don’t everyone go to her because I will never be able to get an appointment! She is the Best loan officer I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with! Tons of patience, on top of it at all times, answers all questions, explains everything, great attitude and I could go on and on ! I’m so greatful she works here!

I had a phone appointment to get additional services and the staff member was very helpful and explained how the process was going to work. I think it took maybe 15 to 20 minutes to complete. I am very happy with CSE Federal Credit Union. They are always very helpful and they always ask if there is anything else they can do for you before they end the call.

This credit union has been very helpful over the years! I switched from Huntington because of better programs and time frame of getting me in and out!! Hands down the quickest bank I’ve ever used! I've been a CSE customer for years and have to say...I've never had a bad experience and have always been appreciative of their friendly customer service skills and flexibility in working with me regarding my financial needs, especially since I moved out of state two years ago. Also, Mary Ray in the loan department has been very prompt and considerate, her assistance has been phenomenal!

Racist period point blank. Mary is awesome, those 2 blonde's horrible and need too be fired. Got approved for an auto loan until they saw me, all of a sudden they didn't approve me and I can show proof.

Have been a member for over 10 years, and after my last 2 days I have gone from having 2 loans being really high interest rate to a killer low interest rate for both. I used CSE Federal Cresit Union to purchase my car. The process was quick and seamless. Mary Ray took great care of me. She was pleasant to speak with, thorough and had my loan processed the same day. I was able to pick up my new car much quicker than expected. She was able to save me money on an existing auto loan that I have through CSE as well. Fantastic service!

My wife and I have done our banking with CSE for 6 years and it was the best decision we ever made. They have helped us with our home repairs and everything else we have needed. We wouldn't consider banking anywhere else. The staff is fantastic and always willing to help.

Didn't think I would be able to get a car loan. Not only was I pre-approved for a good amount, but I was able to get a car I wanted within budget at low payments. They are some of the nicest people I've worked with. My only regret is I never did this sooner.

I recently bought a vehicle. My rate was 4.69 which wasn't bad but I noticed CSE was offering 2.99% and no payments for 90 days. This was a no Brainerd for me. I had previously had loans with CSE and appreciated their services. Sue the loan officer was great. I was in and out in less than an hour. I will return in the future. Thanks cse

Initially meeting him was when I was attempting to make an appointment at the front desk and he overheard that I needed a personal loan and took the time to have a short conversation at the front desk then squeezed me into his schedule since I only have off work Mondays.
