CSE Federal Credit Union - North Canton Whipple Ave, North Canton

This credit union is definitely the best around. I've been a member for 4 years and will never do business with another bank again. The loan department is amazing. Rob Funk is the best. He's down to earth, dedicated, a great listener, and goes over and beyond to service his clients. My experience with him, and also with this bank altogether, has been overwhelmingly superb!!!

I was very pleased with the service I got in dealing with Rob Funk. I was in need of a car loan and he was very helpful. Everything was done over the phone due to the fact I am out of state. He answered all my questions and was quick to get back to me when I didn't get to him directly. He helped get the Loan to the car dealer I was dealing with and all of it was done in a very short period of time. Thank you Rob & the CSEFCU!

I was denied a small loan, not a problem, and was speaking to the loan officer, Rebecca Greco through email. I responded back asking if I would increase my chances of approval by having a down payment and asking for a smaller amount in a few months. No response. I resend the email a week and a half later. No response. So apparently because I don't have a large bank account, and couldn't get approved for the loan the first time around, I'm not worth the time it takes to reply? Thanks for educating me on the steps I can take to get approved in the future. 🙄

Never had a bad experience w/ this place over YEARS of business. Bank account / savings, credit lines, car loans etc. ALL amazing, Went through a dispute process where on the phone they were SUPER compasssionate and told me I won and got my money back. Months later they randomly STOLE the money back!! By the time I realized it it, they claimed it was too long! I've been on the phone now arguing for hours with a lady and a assistant branch manager who seems more inclined to talk to me like I'm a child than help me!! I feel like the they stole from me and frankly put can't believe how cold and callous these peple are about it. The number one priority is just getting me to hang up, when I mentioned I was willing to hold, they worded as "this guy is refusing to hang up". Absolutely disgusting that I remained a customer of this bank in Canton while I now live 50 minutes away and I'm going to close my account over them refusing to honor their word over a measely 535 dollars!!!!!!! I hope they resolve this so I can edit this. I'm absolutely amazed how hard they are trying to prevent me from escalating.

Marked a check fraud, for no reason. Super stuck up, zero customer support. All employees go apply at PNC, they are much better paying as well.

Never have I had a more pleasant experience with anyone. Kara Chambers went above and beyond to make sure my loan was approved. Her customer service skills are very professional and still was able to add in a few laughs as well. She made my whole experience with CSE something to brag about with anyone who needs to take out a loan. She deserves a RAISE. 10/10 recommend.

I have been a member of CSE for about 20 years. My experience has been one for the books. I am thankful for the relationship I have with CSE. My experiences especially with the loan officers have made me even more thankful for being a customer. I had a very rough time with with my car purchase and Kara Chambers saved the day. She understood exactly what I needed and she was able to make me feel better about my purchase. I am super thankful for her and awesome customer service.

Rob Funk was a great loan officer to work with. I was in a time crunch to get a new vehicle and he literally got me taken care of within hrs. He was also very responsive with email communications. I would always recommend CSE to anyone for their loan needs.

Kara was such a huge asset and help to getting me into a loan approval. She was precise and very quick! Only had to make two calls, and had all of her questions asked in the first, and the second was to inform me on approval. She was such a delight, and very pleasant to work with!

Kara Chambers at the market ave location in Canton is amazing!! She has been the most helpful and it’s been a very pleasurable experience working with her the couple times that I have!!

Loan officer Kara Chsmbers at portage office is Always so helpful and friendly, she had always taken extra time to answer any questions or concerns my wife and i have ,we have recived 4 loans in past 6 years from her its nice to always see a familiar face when we go there.

I have dealt with many Financial organizations over the years,the professionalism from Brittany Ross loan officer, from branch on Market St.N, is impeccable!!! Not only does she follow thru with Dealer, she is excellent with customer concerns. It is great pleasure to work with Brittany! and plan on doing many more!!

Tina, assisted me in creating an account. She was knowledgeable, and prompt in getting things going. She gave just the right amount of information needed. As well as access to all of the information. If corporate or the branch manager reads this. You should probably lower the main Network Printer down about 3 feet. You have vertically challenged employees that would benefit greatly.

I went into CSE today to open an checking and savings account. Tina took care of me within minutes of arriving and without having an appointment. The process was quick and easy. I have heard all of the wonderful perks they offer and was very happy to be able to get an account. When I was looking to buy a truck the car lot keep changing the down payment and payment.so I was going to walk away from the truck and decided to go talk to CSE about it. Rob sat down with me and looked at thee ways they could help. After about 30 minutes we decided on the best way. Smaller payment lower interest made me feel like I was family. Thank you Rob and again good luck with the two girls you are going to foster.

Tina was wonderful and very helpful with helping us open a CD account. She was very thorough and a pleasure to talk to! All of the staff have always been very friendly and helpful. We have had great interest rates on a credit card, home equity loan and a couple car loans over the years. We have used their notary service a few times as well! Highly recommend!

We LOVE LOVE this branch. They always go above and beyond to help us. Even when my request is rush. Rob Funk is my loan officer and he is AMAZING!! We have a CSE branch closer to our home but prefer to use the North Canton branch because of Rob and his branch manager LouAnn. They truly know what excellent customer service is. Have been a member of CSE for over 30 years. It was a smaller operation back then. It has grown to serve more members of this community, but it has maintained it's personal touch and it's ability to go above and beyond for it's members. My husband and I used CSE FCU to take advantage of their 2.99% auto loan spring special. The process was so quick and much easier than we anticipated. Our loan officer, Rob, was amazing!
