I’m not much for writing reviews, but the team at Dave Warren deserve a great review. My car buying experience with them was just absolutely seamless. I live 2+ hours from their dealership and needed do everything over the phone by either calls, emails or texting. They were great with response time. They were able to answer any and all questions that I had. They had everything ready for me so that when I drove up with my trade in, we could get right down to business. The whole process that day was super quick and easy. The car was just as they had presented online. I felt confident buying with them. They explained the process of how things would go in the coming days, contacted my notary for me, sent all documents ahead so when I got to my notary there was no scrambling for paperwork or numbers. It truly was the easiest car buying experience I’ve ever had. I’d recommend their dealership in the future to any friends or family members!!

I had a great experience from the time I first arrived on the lot, to the time I was leaving with my vehicle a week later. I dealt with several employees in sales during that time including Andrew, Kevin, and Alexa. All were attentive, respectful, and timely. After visiting several other dealerships that seemed disinterested in selling vehicles or putting any effort forward, my visit at Dave Warren was a breath of fresh air. My 2017 Ram 1500 needed a trailer brake controller installed. I bought the parts and scheduled an appointment with the Service department to have it installed. They did a great job - looks like it came from the factory installed in the truck. Very happy with their service.

I was extremely please with my experience and David Warrens. Everyone I came in contact with was extremely pleasant, helpful, and Genuine. This was my quickest new car purchase. At no time did I feel pressured or rushed, everything went extremely seem less.I have already told friends and family about what a great experience this was! Update: I just went for my first oil change and it continued to be a painless experience. The service department was equally as nice as the sales department.

The people here are great and work is done well. It's hard to give 5 stars when an oil change takes almost 2 hours with an appointment. Shuttle service is offered, maybe next time I'll take advantage of that.

Purchased a new vehicle out of state, got it registered but hadn’t put the sticker or plates on yet. I called Dave Warren’s service department and they brought me in that day, applied the registration sticker and installed the plates without me asking. On a Sunday afternoon, my Chrysler van would not open, nor start with either fab. I had it towed to Dave Warren Dodge Chrysler dealership that day. They diagnosed my 11 month old alternator had failed and replaced it under warranty. My van was ready prior to leaving on vacation Tuesday afternoon!

As usual spot on service at Dave Warren dodge. Would love to own a new Ram but just can't get the deal I got on my existing ram. Thanks Well, had to go to this dealership for maggot work on my vehicle. The service received was ok. Basically out of dealership control. However, lack of communication from dealership was in my opinion was fault of dealership. Along with a few loose parts upon return of my vehicle. All has been good. I still haven't received a detailed receipt of work preformed.

I had an excellent experience here! I worked with Kevin (& Dexter) on obtaining a new lease and the process was relaxed, and there was no pressure in the transaction. It felt more like a "Mom & Pop" shop experience where they truly are looking out for the customer, instead of the stereotypical dealership atmosphere. Friendly in the dealership. Problems in the service department. Like all dealer-based mechanics, they are expensive. They are also very slow. Every state inspection year is a new charade in finding $1,000 in mandatory work on a vehicle they sold me three years ago with 25,000 miles and that I've driven less than 20,000 miles in that time. Drop the vehicle off at 10AM for state inspection, oil change, tire rotation. 4.5 hours later, haven't heard a thing. Call them, they tell me "they should be done soon" and will call me. An hour later, still no call. They send me some text with some work from a "courtesy multi-point inspection" that I decline. Still no call. 6 hours. Finally just go down there. Car is ready. I pay, take it and go. Then I notice no new inspection sticker. Go back. Suddenly the "courtesy inspection" work they found is now mandatory for the state inspection. A grand a year to get your car inspected at this facility. Never fails. Bigger problem is the lack of concern for their customers time. What is the point in having an appointment system if it's obvious the car isn't even getting in for 3 or 4 hours after dropping it off? It doesn't take 6 hours to change oil, rotate tires and complete a state inspection. It also is poor customer service not to inform the customer of alleged "mandatory" work until those 6 hours have expired and they've taken the car off the lot. A dozen places in town I can get this car to pass inspection without paying an additional penny, and every place in town will do the "mandatory" work for half the cost, in half the time. Wait 6 hours here to get up sold or go somewhere else? 3 strikes, you're out. Next time, I'll just start elsewhere.

Horrible service. We talked 3 times to your representatives (last one this morning, to double check one more time) and gave you all the info about our Ram box truck: height, weight, all possible dimensions and parameters. Once we got there, they said that they were not able to lift our vehicle for some reason.We missed all other appointments in normal services. Highly not recommended. Update. Your response just shows how unprofessional you are. Please listen to all the phone records to double check who was right. Even in our last conversation you told me that our truck can fit through your garage door and now you are saying that no. No comments needed.
Customer called about an oil change service advisor tried to get the information about height and weight asked if It was a camper body in which they did not understand what we are talking about, customer was then advised due to language barrier to bring the vehicle in so our mechanics can see if it will fit on a lift, upon completion of the phone call the person said they were going to give us a bad survey, all we wanted to do is make sure we could safely perform the services requested of us, once vehicle arrived at the dealership it was higher than our garage doors and we apologized and said we can not do the repair as it will. It fit in our garage

I believe this dealership is as close to being mugged as you’ll find from a business. They gave my phone number to call centers and I’ve been receiving robo calls since the day they first called me about my vehicle. They charged me near $800 in labor alone to fix a single wire. Reason being they had to search the wire “inch by inch” to find the faulty part. Im not a mechanic but I believe it possible to maybe just change the entire wire or 90% of the wire instead of spending 2 days searching “inch by inch” for a small defect in the middle of the wire. They gave a follow up call to “ask about my experience” where they asked my number and address of which they had both already and said ok thanks. So I said you never asked about my experience and then gave them my experience which ofcourse they never wanted to hear about in the first place.
Hello Vaun, first we do not hand out our customers information to anyone that information is kept private. Secondly we don't get in the habit of just replacing whole wires, which would of been more time consuming giving that we would have to re-wire that part of the vehicle. Our approach was to try and find the piece of broken wire to get you fixed as soon as we can. Asked for appointment for inspection that I could wait for as I was only in town a shout while. My appointment was at 1:30. My car was ready at 3:15. They knew I was waiting. No problems with car. It passed its 15 minute inspection!

I had an appointment and the vehicle was not looked at for three days. Nobody ever called me to update me on the status. I had to keep calling and asking about the status and was hung up on at least once. Once it was finally looked at I was told it could be fixed the same day and it was not. I had to leave my vehicle over the weekend. The following Monday it was still not fixed and it had been a week. I ended up having the car towed to a different shop and it was repaired in a day.

I had the best car buying experience here that I’ve ever had! Bought my new Wrangler over text while I made dinner. No haggling back and forth, they gave me the best price right up front! Drove 1 1/2hrs the next day to pick up my vehicle, everything was ready for me to sign when I arrived and everyone we dealt with was extremely friendl! They took the time to explain everything I needed to know about my new vehicle. I will gladly keep them in mind for future purchases even with the 1 1/2hr drive, love the small town everyone welcome feel!

The Dave Warren dealership in Jamestown NY is a fantastic place to buy a car! The people are welcoming and the place is extremely clean! Our sales person Kevin was responsive, capable and very professional. He got me the car (Jeep) that I wanted, when other dealerships closer to our neighborhood were unable to do so. After we purchased the car, he was also very helpful instructing me how to set up all the new high tech gadgets that come with automobiles these days. The people were nice. We purchased a jeep compass, its the 3rd ive owned and like the changes to them. The only bad thing is that someone doing the detailing hit the door jamb with the front right side of the car then didn't mention it to us. We were home with it for an hour when my husband noticed it! They did take care of the paint but.... There are a few chunks or blemishes on the fender.
We apologize that you feel we are only worthy of a 3 star, due to the fact that there is a world wide chip shortage and no one has any inventory. We would be more than happy to help you order one.

My salesperson Jaclyn was awesome. The truck I bought was great but I didn’t feel like the dealership wanted to deal. The truck I bought was very clean but has a section on the door where the paint was missing. I felt like the dealership should have fixed that for me. Also when doing the financing they originally said it was a 66 month term and then it changed to 72 month. I thought by getting the 3 year warranty the payment was going to be about $50 a month more for an additional 6 months because it went from 66 to 72 month term. If it was explained better I would have got the 3 year warranty. Overall it was a good experience because of the salesperson Jaclyn but I not sure I would buy another vehicle from there again because of the reasons I stated above

I drove from Erie, PA which has 3 Jeep Dealers within the County. I did so for the amazing experience I knew I would receive on my 1st lease. After 5 days, still haven't shoveled the 5" of snow that landed on the sidewalk in front of their business. This sidewalk spans probably two full city blocks on a retail strip. If that laziness can be exhibited so easily, then imagine how they run their true business. Your business does not deserve to exist if you cannot perform basic civic functions. EDIT: The snow I'm referring to is a week old. I also received an email from this business which I think is pretty funny considering the fact that they could spend the time shoveling the snow instead of whining about being hwurt. And if the argument is that there wasn't that much snow, then it shouldn't take a week to shovel, eh? The photo below (if you can see it, it shows it on my screen sometimes but not other times) was taken the morning of Thanksgiving. I believe this was the 6th day after our first storm. As you can see, people have trudged through the snow to their houses, to stores, to parks. I have a photo of the email where the company lied (as well they did below in their response). Do not contact individuals and chastise them or manipulate them with emotion ("it was Thanksgiving"). You're barking up the wrong tree with that garbage. Judging by other reviews on business-related matters, you may want to avoid the chronic lying by this business and move on.
Hello Michael, I see that you have gone out of your way to leave a negative review for every business up and down Washington street for not shoveling their sidewalks. We have cleared our sidewalks multiple times this year and give that yesterday was Thanksgiving I do apologize that we haven't gotten to it yet today. This place is such a rip off for parts I go and buy a tail light they charge me 107$ the I go back cause I broke other rear tail light and he says 137 and I paid 140 for first one like he for got what he charged me the day befor duh I look online they are 76 for pair factory fit part idk why they are trying to make that much commission on parts so I walked away from him cause he wanted to over charge me 30$ more then the day befor ? So management should look into this issue

Part # 55277414AF retail is $137.00 and Part #55277415AF retail is $103.00. They are two different part numbers and Chrysler charges different prices for each. So you weren't over charged and as far as $76 for online ones they must be aftermarket and not original manufacture part.
