This was my first time ever applying for a Title loan. This was by far the worst place !!!!! I had all documents required !!!! I drove from Philadelphia which is a 30 minute drive !!!! The lady who processes my loan told me to go to a staples to print out one of my documents !!!! Which didn’t seem right because this place has many printers !!!! However she could not print out the document!!!!! So I drive 20 minutes up the road go to staples print out my document !!!!! When I arrive back at the loan place ,the lady that was assisting me had vanished!!!! Disappeared !!!!! I was greeted by another woman who told me I was denied !!!!! She told me I was denied for income verification!!!! Now I’m a business owner . I have my documents in my hand , as well as the same document they had and more . I had bank statements ,My business license, EIN, 1099 , Schedule C anything !!!! The only thing she had to do was ask !!!! I asked her what was going on ???? I got no response she just looked at me and said they couldn’t help !!!!! I will be following up with corporate Everyday !!!!! Very unprofessional staff !!!! Worst experience ever !!!! I’m grateful I didn’t do business with them !!!! This was a warning sign !!!! However I will be contacting corporate for a better response !!!!
