Denver Lending gets great mortgage rates and clearly explains various options, such as points, and how they can benefit or hurt you depending on your specific situation. I obtained my original mortgage through Denver Lending back in 2015, and I recently used them to refinance to take advantage of low rates. After gathering preliminary information, they met with me on a video call to go over the loan estimate. The rates were just as good, if not better than other lenders. The key was that Matt walked me through exacts specifics and why they could benefit me. After locking in the low rate, I signed some documents electronically and the loan was processed in just a couple weeks. At closing, Denver Lending was available to answer a question I had and everything went smoothly. Overall, it was an easy, great experience.

Wow. I cannot say enough good things about our experience with Denver Lending. My husband and I recently found a condo we wanted to purchase, and made the great decision to use Denver Lending to secure financing. We had a unique situation where we had initiated a refinance on our home in Denver about 6 months prior through a different lender, and it had yet to be completed for no known reason. This was preventing us from taking out another loan, so we chose to transfer that business to Denver Lending as well.
