May just be my experience, but they will not tell you if a personal bank account gets denied, or really anything. I validated everything and it was correct, but for some reason it was still denied. Could be my side, but regardless, there was no notification or phone call. Got hit with a $28 charge that could not be disputed and was just told sorry multiple times. I made the payment over the phone and was charged a transaction fee but was not told it would be for the next month's charge. So I have to call again and explain what's going on. I spent more time listening to the guy repeat over and over about things I wasn't calling about and waiting time. I'd try to talk and was talked over every time, so I finally just continued my sentences, then repeated them. Was also told during the first call that I can only make one payment every two weeks. Can't wait to be done dealing with this company in June! Came to eventually find out that my final payment would be AFTER the 6 month deal they had by TWO WEEKS. You're not sneaky, and you're not getting that interest charge from me. Nope. It will all be paid in full before that deadline. Two stars because they're at least upholding the 0% interest for the first 6 months...or should I say five and a half.

I didn't know anything about DigniFi at first. I needed new tires for my car and had no idea how I was going to afford them. I applied through DigniFi and was approved immediately. I was able to get my tires and I paid my no interest DigniFi loan within 3 months and avoided any unnecessary fees. This was the best deal ever AND super convenient. I highly recommend this service.

My car brokedown while vacationing in another state. I didn't have any other form of payment with me, so the shop (other local people told me to avoid this shop, but it was the only one open on Saturday) suggested DigniFi. This company barely operates within the usery laws, my interest rate was 33.52% and there was a $28.50 loan origination fee (3.99%) The only thing this company does that is even slightly reasonable is offering no interest if paid off in 90 days (also known as "90 days same as cash"). Be very cautious on this detail, you have to request those terms & you must pay at least the minimum amount each month on time ( do NOT be 1 second late or the deal is void & you have to pay all of the interest) I paid off the entire loan within the 90 days. When I called to get the payoff amount, the person was very friendly, professional & helpful. He answered all my questions to my satisfaction. I got payment notices via email. Then I got a payoff email. Today when I logged on the website, it shows my loan document with a red stamp "PAID Mar 15 2022". So, I do commend the customer support & pay off process. However, the fees & interest rate is HORRIBLE. The ONLY reason to ever use a company like this is if you have NO other choice. My advice: plan your finances better. If you drive a car, each payday put some amount ($1, $5, $20) in an envelope or savings account. Every car mechanic on planet Earth will tell you "it is not a question of IF your car will break down but WHEN" It will happen, plan for it & avoid being taken as a financial hostage by DignFi.

Didn't agree with the charges, of repairs!! Which I don't think really but an oil change and disconnect battery.. I think I was charged to much?? Then the first PMT. I paid $36.00 and because I didn't pay the cent's they kept hounding me over it..I'm like put it on my next PMT.!!! No ..they continued to call, email me over & over!! This is to much!! I will never use this again!!

I had some needed repairs for my Q70L Infiniti that was very expensive. DigniFi provided me a line of credit to pay for the repairs on my car. I was thankful for DigniFi being there for me. I have also shared that information with friends of mine.

I was lied to mislead and cheated by this dirty company- and when I complained about it they were rude and arrogant to me. A very disappointing frustrating experience. Being LIARS AMD CHEATERS because they can is the worst kind of way to be. they deserve a rating below zero. I received My very first BILL from these thieves they said I already owed them a late fee !!!!!! When I said to them that's impossible ........ they said we'll see what we can do!!!! How does one respond to cheaters and liars ? I'm not sure. And in reality it's worse than that . Dignify gets a middle finger from me.

I needed to have some repairs done on my car but didn’t have the money at the time. My dealership told me they work with DigniFi so I could make payments on my repairs and that they off 90 days same as cash! It was incredibly easy to apply for! I highly recommend this company!

Excellent source of funds for non-warranty vehicle repairs. My premium auto needed significant parts replacement categorized as wearable and not covered by warranty. My dealer submitted my request to Dignify and received almost an immediate response approving my personal loan. Payment processing has been a breeze, I receive advance notice when an automatic withdrawal will be made so I can be sure the right amount will be in the proper account when the withdrawal is made. This way there are no missed or late payments. This really helps build great credit ratings. I recommend DigiFi to all, including friends and family.

I got an approval very quickly. They autopay from my bank account. Requires absolutely no effort from me after applying. They also report payments to the credit bureau fairly quickly. Would definitely recommend to family and friends

I used this company maybe 3x as me they where great, even I got personal loan, the only thing is this they will turn you down as well, I had a good experience with them, but sometime it makes you think if got a loan before why not allow you to get another one when have a good payment record.

Dignifi was a life saver, I had just picked my car up after getting a brand new motor put in my 2018 Ford edge because rusty Wallace Honda sold me the car with a bad engine and I went to put gas in it and screwed up and put wrong eco gas in it so I had to take it right back to dealership, town east ford, and it cost me 470 to get fixed .I got approved for loan with low monthly payments from Dignifi, they really helped me out. thank you Dignifi. 😊 💓

I took out a big loan promotion and two smaller ones later. I was given 6 months from date of purchase to pay each one off. However, when I paid over what I owed on my big balance, I come to realize that they were applying the excess payments to my smaller purchases. As such, I have a really large payment to make in the last month of my promotion to pay off the big one. And what's even better, if I don't pay off the full balance (of all promotions), they won't apply my payment to the first transaction!! What a crock...

They take well over the 24 hours to process my payments. Sometimes the delay lead to me having to pay the extra interest. After calling and paying it and moving on with my life, I received a call patronizing me for no reason. Then after completing my obligation, I received daily calls to sign a new contract. Then after asking to be put on the DNC list the calls became more frequent. I would never recommend this place to anybody I liked.

That's nice when you are already concerned about repairs that have to be done on your vehicle. When I found myself in a crunch for cash, I reached out to DigniFi. They were helpful and made the whole experience pretty painless from beginning to end. The only thing I feel was negative, was the fee to use the service. The interest rate was enough in my opinion. But, with that said, other loan companies charge a fee in addition to the interest charge also.

Your customer service representative was very unprofessional advising me that I had late payment even though a former rep told me not to worry. When I asked for manager a woman called stormy told me yes I had late payment applied to my account. Ask her to remove it because I mailed check on April 7th and I’m still in 90 days frame. She said no nothing can be done about late payment. I paid off my account and plan to share this negative treatment to others and advise them NEVER to use this company with it’s unfair practice.

The company has good loan options. However I was given wrong information about a same as cash loan. They told me amount needed to be paid in 60 days with no interest. Don't have to pay anything during that time as long as paid in 60 days. After 30 days and no payment I was charged late fees and interest. This shouldn't have happened. So I will have paid loan amount plus additional 300 that wouldn't have happen if Dignifi representative would have given me right information.

It was great to be able to get money to fix a car on a trip and get home, however, it was presented to us that if we pay the full amount before the 90 days, we wouldn’t have to pay anything extra. Well there was an additional $100 for using DigniFi as a “service” fee. We paid everything well within our 90 day period. Also, they blow up your phone with promotions and keep using different numbers so blocking the numbers are pointless. They are also all automated so you can’t tell them to take you off their call list. Better off getting a credit card that truly has 0% interest for 12 months and they won’t charge any additional “service” charge.

I had to have some repairs done to my car a couple of months ago, and my dealership referred me to DigniFi for an auto repair loan so that I could get all of these repairs done at once. I applied and received an approval the same day for a loan that would cover all of the things I needed done. They were very responsive, professional, and it has been very easy to work with their website to set up my monthly payments. Another great feature is no interest if the loan is repaid within a certain number of months! I would highly recommend this company if you have auto repair needs. They have been great to deal with, and as auto repairs can sometimes be very expensive, I appreciated finding out about DignFi!

You're automatically approved no matter what which is super convenient, however, they say you'll receive your card in the mail, which you won't, and there's practically nothing useful on their website. So yeah, you have money to help with repairs or a down payment on a car, but you'll never be able to use it. Now I'm just waiting for the 6 month term of non-usage to be up so they cancel my card/account.

I called them several times about their website's inability to process my payment to pay off the loan. They all acted like I was crazy and that I didn't have any money. So, I stopped calling them for help and now my account is in default. 🤷🏿♀️ I think this place is a scam. They claim they have a promotion to pay back interest on loans if you pay the loan off before 3 months but then make it impossible to use the website to pay off the loan, and the promotion is only available through website payment. If I had known they do this, then I would have never used this service. I don't recommend this to anyone.

This was the second time I have used this financial service. The first time was was to upgrade my Harley and the second time for serious issues with my car. The process is fast, easy and convenient. There is no lengthy waiting period for an answer either.

I didn't complete the loan process and accept the loan. First for a 12 month term they wanted over 30% interest. For a 36 month term they wanted over 36% interest. How they determine these interest rates I have no idea. However I have good credit with 6 figures worth of available revolving credit at my disposal. I was hoping to get a better rate than my lowest interest credit card that is just over 10%. Since Dignify couldn't do that I used my credit card instead. My advice is if you have another option go with that and don't bother with Dignify. I now have a hard pull on my credit report that is for not.

I was sold a dignifi policy and was told it was interest free for three months. They don't send any bills and my payment was late for two days and they charged me a horrendous late fee with no warning. I hate to think what it would be like to have a claim with them. Run, don't walk away from this company.

My autoshop advisor recommended that I pursue DigniFi, given the amount of work that needed to be done, and the process to get a loan couldn't have been easier! I got a loan from dignifi on January 2021, I have made my payments every month like my agreement says to in fact I pay more than the monthly payment, dignifi just informed me that my account is 4 months past due. Each month I login to my account pay my bill the money is taken out of my bank account and dignifi says I'm 4 months behind where is my money that is called theft!

It was easy to apply for (the dealership/repair shop helped) and soon the repairs were done. Payment was easy online. I will be using them again if I have need.

Website doesn't update accurately and does not notify of payments. I changed payment methods and not knowing that my old card didn't go through, I got a credit notification(not from dignifi)that I missed a payment. Never received a call, email or paper notification from Dignifi and although the website says I have 4 complete payments, only 3 went through. If I had not called, I still would not have known that 1 of the payments did not go through.. So when I get the chance, I will definitely be transferring this balance to another card or line of credit.

The WORST service ever! I gave my first payment right away after receiving my purchase. After a month, I was told my first payment did not go through because my “bank account was no longer active.” I told them that was not possible as I currently receive direct deposit from multiple income and I made sure my account was indeed active. They still made me pay a much larger amount plus late fees. I’ll state it again, WORST SERVICE ever!!

I signed up for this service for a one time purchase. After receiving my card in the mail, I contacted customer support (this would have been miNovember to early December). After being told how to log into my account, I explained that a am a Disabled Combat Vet with severe PTSD and several TBI’s and that I cannot do business on the internet, please send me pa i and to have the late fees deleted. Of course this was not an available option, but was told that I would get a paper bill in the mail. I asked to have the reminders and phone calls to be stopped. They continued. I finally sent a cashiers check to the only address provided to me (4February). The calls and harassment continued. I asked about the status of my cashiers check and there was no record of it. I asked where my paper billing statement was and it had just been sent out. They could not and would not make an exception. Once I finally got my bill, approximately 15 February, I immediately sent a check for $1,000. I also went to my bank and cancelled the cashiers check for $500. As of today, I still have not received my bill in the mail, and the cashiers check from 4 February was cashed on 8 March. As soon as this bill comes in the mail, I will pay the remaining balance of $500. I’ve “requested” that the additional fees $67.60 be dropped from my account, as I have no intention of paying fees for the incompetence of this companies employees. Not only will I not do business with this company, I will make sure to tell my story to whomever I can. The business practices that have been used are unacceptable and this business is an epic failure. Barry Bateman

I called Dignifi to pay them in full. I was told that I can not make a payoff payment with a checking account, or debit card. I must mail a cashier check into them for payoff- I asked who would be responsible for the interest for the period of mailing, seeing how THEY would not take my payment. I do not understand how you can NOT accept a payment in full and then penalize the consumer additional interest. I will never use this service again, and will ensure that my fellow riders do not as well. It was great in a bind, but this is not a smart option

First of all, the dodge dealership where I repaired my car only used this company for financing so I had no other choice and I somewhat regret it. Secondly, I was NEVER told that this was a credit card until way later. Finally, I wouldn’t recommend using Dignifi without doing some research first. In the time I used this company I received countless false texts and emails stating that I “owe the first payment of $xxx.xx” weeks after I made my payment on time. I made my first payment ON TIME using the online portal and it denied my card for “insufficient funds” even though I had more than enough funds on my payment method. I had to call several times to resolve the issue and was told that there was nothing that could be done, once I finally gave in I was charged interest even though my contract clearly states as long as I pay the total amount within 6 months I would not be charged interest. They also charge you a fee to make a payment over the phone even though it’s the only way you can actually make a payment that will be processed. Every time I needed assistance or I had a question I had to call multiple times before it was resolved. I called once simply to ask about my account balance and to pay off my account and I was told that I did not have an account with the company. They searched for my account in the same means that they always did and I was told the only other way they could find my account was through the account number or card number. I never received a physical card and I was never given a card number either. After checking every statement, email, text, and physical document from the company ALL of the instances where I could see my account number it was blocked out. The only way I was able to access my account again was by running my credit report where I was finally able to access the account number fully. Ultimately I’m sure not everyone has issues with the company and it is possible that some of these things were my fault but this is just my experience with Dignifi. I did pay off my repair and I technically benefitted from the accidental credit card but i was VERY stressed out trying to maintain my payments since I was not planning on opening a credit card. Maybe you will have better luck than I did :/

Greetings I found Dignifi easy to apply for but did not enjoy the user experience because it appears that you have to sign up all over again to get to the next step and when you want to do any transaction, you have to input your ssn. Why not use the acct number associated with the account? Privacy is extremely important these days and having to put your ssn out there over and over is begging for trouble.

I regret ever applying for crediy here. I send my payments every month on time ELECTRONICALLY, yet for some reason they don't ever "process my payment" til after the due date then charge me a late fee. Then when I call them they conveniently never have my payment status updated. They are the only company I have dealt with that does this. I have even sent my payments before my due date and still don't get processed in time. My bank has even faxed them proof that my payments were sent. I hate dealing with this company.

After being told by dignify that they worked with the buissness I was trying to use it at had repairs done to vehicle, and went to use card and dignifi no longer uses the buissness, so had to cash advance off the card to get money to pay for vehicle, charged me a high cash advance fee, costed me more money to use dignifi than expected

Short version: Do no rely on Dignifi to communicate statements. You are responsible for finding your account number. Long version: I got my vehicle repaired and was able to secure a 0% loan with Dignifi. At that time, I received three email messages - loan approval, final approval, and welcome. Since then, I received no email messages nor mailed copies. I was told at the time it was a tech company and statements would be emailed - so frankly I forgot about it as I check my email regularly. Yesterday and this morning, I did receive a text saying my payment was late. I called in and spoke with Laura who explained that they are a tech only company. She "resent" the emailed statement which was not in my inbox, trash, or spam. Three days late, uninformed, and my loan has changed from 0% to 26.99%, which would have been fair had I received a statement or notice. Laura explained that I signed away such rights since I had initially signed the contract last month, so therefore knew, and/or I could have logged in to the portal. Both are logical points. However, I was told both from the dealership and from a Dignifi rep day of signing that I could expect statements. Had I known I had to find my own account number and statements, I would have done so. As it stands - shame on you, DigniFi.

I was approved quickly and it was a simple process. Wish there was a better platform for payments. Lucky I was able to pay off in 3 months so I didn’t have to pay interest.

I have had to use DigniFi loans twice and both experiences have been great. Easy to sign up and have had no issues with the auto withdrawals (auto withdrawal is not mandatory). Unexpected car repairs can be a hardship, very thankful for DigniFi!

Pros: a quick response to your application, good customer service by phone, making payments was convenient and easy. Cons: website is poorly constructed and not user friendly, billing and payment statements were not easy to understand and once I paid off the loan, it cause a decrease in my credit score. DigniFi reported it as a closed account instead of a paid off loan

The service offered and the concept is fantastic. I have 2 issues however 1.I often pay more on my loan than that which is required in order to pay my loan down quicker as high balances affect my credit utilization on my credit report. However the monthly reporting Dignify complies with to the credit bureaus does not always reflect my true balance owing which negatively affects my credit rating. I find i have to lodge disputes to have this corrected and this takes time. Can your company speed up their reporting process to twice a month to assist myself and others. 2.I also suggest you let us know which vendors accept your cards via a website . Thank you Mark Lewis

I had no issues using them for a small loan for my car repairs which I paid off within 30 days. But the SPAM that you get after using them is out of control. They call at least once a day trying to pitch something else. Email all the time. It’s unreal. My spam calls have doubled since using them so I think they even sell your info. I hadn't heard anything about this company before. I was in need of service and repairs on my bmw so I went to my local dealership Roadshow Bmw in Memphis and I was advised by my trusty service advisor Jody Hatchett of the costs I was facing 🤯 if you own a bmw and take it to the dealership for service you know exactly what I'm talking about. The application process was quite easy just a few questions from my advisor and he entered my information into the super smooth application process and that was it. I have great credit, over 700. They approved me instantly, however there was a problem setting up the account. The service techs were rude, customer service was very rude and unknowledgeable about products and offerings. Took a month of phone tag to get it going. I ended up refusing the service after all that, very shady. I’ll stick to my Capital One card, thanks for nothing.

DigniFi was an interesting experience. My car required some upgrades, the dealer was offering me a substantial discount and I didn't want to spend my cash during while we were at the beginnings of the Covid-19 crisis. They were professional in explaining things to me and offered 90 days same as cash. They honored that and I am appreciative for them being there. While the normal interest rate is pretty much the same rate that other credit cards charge, I cannot criticize them for this. They offered me a chance to get some things added to my vehicle at a bargain price, without my having to finance it along with the rest of the vehicle for five years.

Thus far, I have used DigniFi twice for automotive repairs. Working through loan approvals and payments has never been an issue. Regarding website improvements; *Section- My Loans-- The addition of a running balance column to the payment history section would help. This function would better reflect the amount paid and make the borrower more aware of the potential to incur late fees or other penalties against the amount due. *Section- Account Preference-- Bolder bubbling and fonts where customer information is entered would also help. The light grey lettering and spacing make it difficult to modify contact and banking updates in a timely manner. In all, it is a great service, but a few adjustments to the account profile could improve both first time and returning user experiences.

I have to say dignified saved me at the dealership I would have been able to pay for repairs without them. It was very easy to sign up and use the app I got approved in about 10 minutes. My dealership suggested this loan company when I had to have some pretty extensive repairs done on my vehicle and claimed that they'd had a great response from others that had gotten loans from them previously, so I dove in. At first, this company had a deal where if you paid off your loan in 90 days no interest would be charged. Done! I got this! Right off the bat, I paid them 2 very large payments before my due date and thought I was on the right track. Due date came and went and then all of a sudden, I start seeing late fees and they even reported late payment to all 3 credit bureaus when I wasn't ever late.Phoned customer service because apparently they don't have time to respond to emails or their chat service even during business hours and was basically blown off. I paid off the loan way before the 90 day mark and then 2 weeks after the 90 day mark,I see they've tacked on some random dollar amount to an already closed/paid in full account. I don't think I'll ever be doing business with this company again.

I am working on my second loan with DigniFi.. slightly upset after doing a quick payoff of my first loan that the amount approved for my second was lower.. I love that there isn’t a down payment, I love that they offer a quick payoff with 0% APR.. they also offer roadside assistance that you can add to your term, and if you don’t need it yet signed up for it, you can call and the team will remove that from your loan. I mean, I honestly can’t complain, it helps your credit; I’m just disheartened that my second approval amount was lower than my first. However, I did acquire another loan before reapplying for this one, and I’m sure that made an impact on their decision for amount.

When the brakes on my car came up to a $600 charge that I couldn't immediately afford, DigniFi helped break that up into several months of smaller payments. While I don't necessarily want to make a bill payment for the next year, the fact that it was affordable and immediate made sure that my car was safe to drive and I wasn't going to skip rent to make it happen. I'm really grateful I was able tonuse dignifi as a down payment for a newer car. The only thing I'm not satisfied with is the way the payments are set up. I make extra payments and since its ACH it still pulls out money from my bank account on the day its set up which is a little irritating, but i was months ahead on the loan. This is a GOOD company that allows you to pay your expensive car repairs in installments when you don't have the full $$$ amount upfront. I just wish they were faster at reporting true balances to the credit bureaus though. They reported the FULL amount of my loan to the credit bureaus, EVENTHOUGH I HAD ALREADY MADE TWO FULL PAYMENTS!!! So their reported balance to the bureaus was a lot higher than what I truly owed. That doesn't look as good on your credit. Other than that, I truly like this company and am grateful for their service. Without them, I wouldn't have been able to repair my cars. They are life savers; I've used them 3 times for 3 different cars.

DignFi Financing helps you when your back is up against the wall and you need your automobile repair on the spot at your automobile dealership. My automobile repairs cost was way over my limit financially however DignFi accepted my on the spot loan application at the dealership and I was approved within minutes so that my automobile was able to get repaired.
