Went in with my dad & the people there were friendly with smiles not like at other places that you walk in & they just stare & don't even help you. My dad only speaks spanish & they were able to help him explaining everything to him in a language he could understand. That was nice not everybody eventhough their from the valley can speak proper spanish

I called and spoke to consultant and explained that I had just moved to Texas and my vehicle title was from out of state. He said he could help and the licensing office was next door, and they could help do it all at the time of the loan. I went in to the office two days later and was told they don't do that.
