Let me start by saying I LOVE LOVE LOVE my new Jeep Compass . EZ Loan Auto on Niagara Falls Blvd. is hands down the best Auto Loan place there is . Their receptionist / scheduler Luann is so kind and welcoming . I was a random walk-in and immediately she greeted me asked how she could be of assistance. Within a few minutes she set up an appointment with their lead sales person Taylor for the next day . When I came back , Taylor was waiting for me with a smile and a fleet of options to choose from . The approval process was fairly easy and fast . Although the compass was originally unavailable , Taylor listened and heard all of my concerns and wants and did not stop showing me vehicle options until I was absolutely sure I had found the one I wanted . The General Manager John Gambino was in this day and informed us the compass was actually available and Taylor even had it brought over from another location for a test drive etc. With the help of these three amazing people , I was able to drive away in my dream truck and could not be happier . I am really happy with my purchase at EZ Auto. I highly recommend the Niagara Falls location. I had a better experience there than the Buffalo location. I don't have good credit so I've been turned down on most loans. I am paying a high interest but it is because of my low credit. Paying off my vehicle on time will help build back my credit. I really needed a vehicle and everything was done in a short time compared to some of my other car buying experiences. It was always an all day wait however here it only took a few hours. The vehicle I purchased came with a limited warranty so I'll be covered 2yrs/24k. My payment plan is also a short term of 3yrs. I've had cars with 5-6yr pay off loans. I will definitely use EZ Auto in the future and highly recommend it to friends and family. They also have a referral program that pays your payment if someone buys a vehicle. In addition there's a drawing with a chance to have your vehicle paid off. Lastly the Sales Rep Taylor was very courteous and made the purchase experience quick and comfortable.

This is my second time getting a vehicle from here and as usual it is a great experience and they all were very helpful and I got a great vehicle.

E-Z Loan is a good dealership unless your vehicle breaks down. Purchased a Jeep Patriot less than 5 months ago and put less than 5000 miles on it and nothing is being done about the vehicle. They say we have to put a $500 deposit for a vehicle that's still under warranty. Transmission is totally shot and with no leaks says to me it was serviced before sold. Checked by personal from auto zone and 2 different mechanics and the same answer. Vehicle was sold with no or low transmission fluid and bad bad switches and sensors.

I got a vehicle from them and they set the intrest rate at over 20% made all my payments on time had under 5K left called to get a lower intrest rate they said No their charging new car intrest rate from used car and not taking care of those who do pay their bills on time. I'm sorry I cant promote this it's bad business.

Best car company i have delt with. Very personable. They got me into a car after a recent repo! The payments are affordable too! Taylor and mike are great. They went above and beyond for me. I was stranded there in a snowstorm with no ride home and it was closing time so one of them took me home in their personal car! They also offered to come get me to get my car! If you have bad credit with an ok income i recommend them. If it's possible they will definitely get you driving!

Service sucks. Car has had nothing but issues since day one. Been in and out of the shop and nothing was ever covered under my warranty. Always paid out of pocket. I’ll never send anyone here for a vehicle. I’m ready to drop the car off walk away and save almost $400 a month

If there was a option for 10 starts I would choose that!! My car buying experience started off stressful due to my previous car dying ( purchased elsewhere) and needing a replacement ASAP! I was dreading the search for a vehicle, however Tim made this experience a awesome one. It was Easy fast and enjoyable. He made sure I drove as many cars I could until finding the best fit for my needs. Tim was honest and really did a great job making sure I was happy with my purchase. I also must note that Taylor was also very professional and helpful. Although I did not buy from him I was there for awhile and he offered his input on my car purchase. I observed Taylor working very hard to get a couple that was there into a vehicle and you could tell he was doing whatever he could to help them. Also, Tim sent an employee Rob to pick me up ( I live far away) he was polite, professional and knowledgeable. All and all a great team that goes out of their way for the customer experience!!

Frank and Tim are fantastic people I was really in a pinch for time, and really needed a new vehicle. They had me in and out in a very clean, well running car in a matter of hours.
