I understand underwriting and what all plays along with it, but trying to explain my information the girl was quick to disregard me, and was just quick to get me off the phone. They worked with my before and at those times I felt like they were great helping out. This time it was just unpleasant!

If i could give zero stars I would. Due to me being young and having no credit yet to go off of they wouldn't loan to me. I've rented my house for almost two years. I have no dings on my credit. I have no car payments nothing. Denied me. They are liars. Probably dinged my credit without telling me too. Disgusting uppity people with nothing better to do than scam people and waste their time. My credit is almost at 600 I just don't have any credit cards to go off of. Didn't care about my bank that I've had since I was 15 years old. Waste. Of. My. Life. And I'm 8 weeks pregnant living alone.

I've been doing business with this company for about 3 years now and I definitely recommend them. The staff is very professional, informative and polite. They offer a lot of great services and they get you finished and out fairly fast. The office is clean and nice. Sara is very good at explaining what they are providing for you and she made me feel very welcomed each visit.

I worked with Amanda Tingley today and her customer service is AMAZING. I appreciate everything she did for me today. From sitting on the phone with me answering all my questions listening to me going back and forth if I wanted to go through or not. Meeting my time frame for me having to be back at work on time keeping my son entertained while still getting the job done. She definitely did an outstanding job. With the pandemic and life happening my family ended up in a position where we needed a little extra financial boost. Our credit isn’t the best and we had a bankruptcy discharge at the beginning of the year. A lot of places won’t even work with you with those two things alone. I filled everything out online and called to make sure it had been received and ended up having the pleasure of working with Chris, the rep who picked up. Chris was extremely helpful from the beginning and kept a playful and fun atmosphere that lightened the stress of even having to ask for a loan to begin with. Even with a minor delay, he was able to get me in quickly and get me the funds I needed to get me through the month. The pay back is low and Chris was efficient in telling me everything I needed to know regarding my loan and quickly because of the rush I was in to get back to work. While it was a quick process, Chris was very responsive and informative the whole time and not once made me feel like I was being a bother, even though the whole office was very busy. Another bonus I didn’t realize until Chris explained it is that it will even help repair my credit that has been destroyed through past misfortunes. I looked forward to my future working with eagle financing and am very grateful for the help I’ve received to get things back on track.

I always recieve Exceptional Services at this Branch. The Manager and employees are always courteous and my loans are approved and completed within a few minutes. I definitely would refer Eagle to my family and friends!

My girlfriend and I met Chris Broadstreet in December 2019 and we have to say it was a great experience and easy process to get a loan. Chris always has a smile on his face, a witty attitude and made the process fun. Awesome Customer Service is definitely in his blood!!! We visited him again today, August 2020 to go through the process yet again and first thing we got was that contagious smile and high energy. We would highly recommend to anyone needing a loan to go see Chris.

If i could give more stars I would! EAGLE is amazing! I dont have the best credit but they were able ro help me without batting an eye and what is even better are the low payments. Dont' go anywhere else until you have checked with Eagle 1st wirh your financial needs!

Their customer service is always on point, I have never had any complaints. I worked with Chris, who was extremely professional, friendly and polite. I thought about getting a loan, but let him know that I was in the process of buying a home (I initially called in to push back my payment date). I am glad that we had the discussion, he suggested that I talk to my realtor as he doesn't want that to affect anything that I am working on. A lot of people wouldn't of cared, but he definitely seemed concerned. Thank you Chris, it was a pleasure speaking with you look forward to communicating in the future.
