Naomi and Amanda W. were both really helpful and nice. Both gave very nice advice and talked to me as a person and not as a number or as a dollar sign. Amanda and myself also talked about real life topics as well, not just business. It was really nice to get to see her personal side and see how she is as a person and not only as a professional. Eagle has always been professional and easy to work with. Their service is fast & efficient. The staff is always friendly. I always love coming into the office as well because it's decorated with memorabilia from my favorite baseball team The Cleveland Indians.

I wouldn't really this place after making a payment arrangement and paid. They went right back to my account the very next day without my authorization and took money from my account that was for another bill. When I called about it, they were very rude and in so many words told me they can violate me like that without an explanation. They didn't care about me feeling violated. I definitely wouldn't use them.

Got us pre approved quickly. When we came in to finish up it took less than 30 minutes to complete everything and the office is clean nice and full of some cool baseball memorabilia

Everyone goes out of their way to work with you to get you what you need. Very accommodating during Covid with drive-up service. Extremely friendly and helpful. They don’t gouge you with super high interest rates or monthly payments like you’d think, being they aren’t a traditional bank. I’d recommend to anyone!

Eagle Loan is a great company. They staff is extremely friendly. They work with you; you’re not automatically denied. I’ve worked with Matt several times. He’s very professional, as is the entire staff. I recommend Eagle Loan to anyone looking for a personal loan with low rates and other benefits.

From my experience with Eagle Loan Company, do not give them your paper if you’re selling accounts, or using them for outside Finace for your customers. They will only take the cream of the crop, with not give-and-take in return. A sales rep just stoped by my place and asked why I haven’t been sending them any business. Now that our economy has tanked and you’re desperate for more business you come crying to my door. Well, I will don’t want anything to do with you guys. I’ve been holding on to every customer, financing them myself. That’s what they get for not accepting any outside financing from every single customer that I sent to them the past couple year, which in retrospect now, is a ton of business they missing out on... a ton. I’m glad I didn’t give them my customers because now I have them for myself. Maybe if you’d accept even just some outside finances sent your way from me, maybe I would do business with you. A piece of advice for anyone planning on using Eagle Loan Company; Just go to your bank or credit union, you will get way better rates, and you’ll actually get approved unlike here where they run your credit just to find out they don’t want your business.

This is a great place to take out a loan from. Jamie helped me SOO much. It was quick, convenient, and they have so many perks that come with your loan. I recommend eagles to everyone in need of a little extra cash.

My first experience with eagle was amazing they made me feel extremely comfortable even let me pick a toy out for my son. Anytime I’m in a bind this is the only place I come to even if you’re not finish paying off the current loan you can take out another one. The payments are once a month and they have a 10 day grace so if your juggling things around this play is super perfect nothing at all like the payday loans I would recommend this place in a heartbeat.
