Eagle Loan N Memorial Dr, Lancaster

This was my first time seeking a loan. Had no idea what routes to follow or how to go about anything. Paul took care of everything before I even made it to the office. Unfortunately we had to take our children with us and instead of it being a burden they left with stuffed animals and hot wheels. Great people, great experience!

I would encourage everyone to come here and get a loan the staff is EXTREMELY HELPFUL EXCELLENT AND POLITE they make you feel like you are part of a family and they were quick and helpful especially with me fresh out of bankruptcy they work hard to help you out and when you walk in your greeted with a smile and politeness. I had a great experience with the lady that took care of me Erica! Very professional and patient and understanding. She made the process go so smoothly unlike other places that usually make it a huge hassle or inconvenience to them and their day. She took the time to carefully explain everything and made sure that I got it! Also the payments a very reasonable and if you can’t make the exact payment date they are flexible about it! So we were a day away from getting married and needed the loan to assist in paying for the officiant and other odds and ends due to a problem with our taxes loading. So we searched for a title loan place. Then we found Eagle Loan. The moment we walked in such a great atmosphere!! A family environment felt welcomed immediately. Erica was so sweet held and played with our 7mth old son while we filled out paperwork. Then the manager Paul came outside to our car and talked with us and gave great advice on what would actually help us with getting our credit up higher and then even said he would help us out around Christmas too!!! I absolutely loved the service I received at Eagle Loan. I am only 18 so finding someone to help me out was really tough and discouraging but they helped me find options that worked for me and didn’t give up even when I didn’t get approved for the full amount I needed, they found ways to help me. They were friendly and responded quickly. I am so thankful for this company and will be using them in the future!
