Eagle Loan is the best! I had filed bankruptcy and included them in it. A year later I needed help monetary and they forgave me and gave me a loan. They understood that people go through rough times and they helped me. Whenever I need a loan I go to them. They are better than my family could ever be. I love Eagle Loan.

I absolutely LOVE Eagle Loan. They always come thru for me whenever I need emergency cash. Process is fast and easy and the people who work there actually care about you and your life. I recommend them to anyone who needs a helping hand.

They are so nice and very personal! My dryer broke out of nowhere and they were able to help me with a same day loan with a great payment plan to quickly replace my dryer! The payments will help build your credit and you also get disability, as well as life insurance, included in your plan! Great experience for my first loan!

I have been doing business with Eagle Loan for about 10 years. They are great people who are friendly and very welcoming into the office. I personally have worked with Carlina quite a few times and she is amazing as with everyone else. I have used the loans to help build my credit and have always felt like they were fair. I had the pleasure of working with Angie and Preston during my visits for my loan over the course of 2 days. Angie was VERY nice, she made me feel comfortable in the office, and treated me like a PERSON! Very sweet, and personable. Preston....I don't even know what to say! He treated me like a cousin honestly! He talked me through each document and gave me advice on how to best manage the loan in order to build my credit up. He was VERY personable and also made me feel super comfortable. He also had great things to say about the company and reassured me that I was in the right place to receive the best deal for the loan in was asking for. I also had the pleasure to be greeted by Mike while I was waiting for Angie. He went out of his way to ask me if I had been helped, shook my hand and showed me to a room. Offered refreshments and made sure I was comfortable. I'm honestly just upset I did not find this loan office sooner! I will be back for all of my loan needs!

This review is strictly to compliment the staff of Eagle Loan. I had a previous loan with Eagle and due to life's reasons it went into default. I called and spoke with Mike who was extremely understanding and seemed genuinely concerned with my situation. He did not speak to me as though I was unworthy of working with, which is how most collectors do. Instead he was beyond professional in how we could work together to get this resolved. I called today to make a payment and spoke with Angie. She was an amazing pleasure to speak with and had the best attitude! Staff like this deserves kudos for their professionalism and how they treat their customers. Nowadays it seems like no one cares about building rapports and creating lasting relationships. I was a customer of Eagle for a very long time and never once encountered anything short of a wonderful experience.

Dawn was a great help and very responsive when it came to getting my loan. After applying I received a phone call from her to come in and fill out the paper work and Receive my check. I heard so much about eagle loan and how easy it is to work with them and all of that was true.

Eagle loan has truly been good to me. They have always been so willing to help me out when something unexpectedly came up. I’ve even received a post card in the mail during the Pandemic, just letting me know they were still around and sending good, positive vibes my way. I would recommend this loan company to anyone looking for a hassle free loan. Perfect credit is not a top priority but helping their customers. Excellent customer service.....very thorough with explanation during loan closing process. Not intimidating or "pushy" in anyway and they answer any and all questions you may have. Very welcoming and willing to make the process smooth and easy with lots of good helpful information along the way. We were very pleased and will definitely refer others as well as would definitely come back for any future needs.

When I first received a loan from Eagle they were amazing. I made my payments and kept in contact with them. I am now on my second loan and have run into some financial hardship due to my account being hacked for a VERY LARGE amount. When it happened, I called and notified them. Everyone knows that when this happens, the bank has to open a dispute and wait for the funds to be put back into your account. Paul the manager called and was SO rude! I felt bullied and unappreciated as a customer. I reminded him quickly that prior to this happening I paid my bill and never had an issue with them. He kept cutting me off as I was talking and said he needed to remind me about policy! I spoke with one of the reps yesterday to make arrangements with them which the guy told me was acceptable. Well Paul decided to call me today and say that it was not. After going back and forth with him( politely), he advised since I was told the arrangement was acceptable, then he would honor it( laughs) I really loved being an Eagle customer and have always felt valued-until today. The manager Paul has definitely left a bad taste in my mouth!

Great place, I have been with Eagle loan for the last 6 months at least. I was payment conscious at first. However they offered the option to let me pay weekly. Which is what works best. I am even on my second loan with them. Dawn was nice and very personable.
