I love this store. They are always straight with me. They look you right in the eye when you are speaking. I got a good deal. I haven’t tried to sell anything but I’ve seen others do so. Worked out better that the other shop I’ve sold at. Respect to the young lady who was working 2 days ago. I’m be happy with my purchase. I definitely recommend this shop to others.

I made the biggest mistake of my life coming to empire loan to purchase a gold chain, that I came back several months later to purchase a crucifix, now I'm picking through 14 karat gold I picked one, she says okay give me the chain and cross and I'll go clean it up, now she's in the back room for 10 minutes, then she had the audacity saying that I gave her the chain with a broken clasp, now I replied are you out of your mind you were in the room for 10 minutes, long story short this was on the 6th of May and I'm supposed to pick it up the 13th today it's not even ready, this is the type of place that you should stay away from take it from me who found out the hard way, that when he pulled up the receipt for the chain he even said I overpaid he actually said it to my face so now I demanded my chain back, and replied if I don't I will call the police and have them come down here, so now I have to wait till 1:00 p.m. to see how it comes back and be tested to make sure it's gold plain and simple

The staff here is always so friendly and welcoming and they try and get you the highest value for your item. They also send reminders when you’re about to be past due for a loan which is extremely useful as many of us can easily forget when the due date is up. I would recommend this place not only for loans, selling items, but also buying jewelry and other items they have in stock. I myself have gotten many loans as well as bought and various rings from this location I would 5/5 highly recommend it.

Just had a great and positive experience with Neal at Empire Loan in Lynn. Neal looked at some of my Mother’s jewelery and gave us a fair offer. We even watched as he rated the items and electronically determined their value. No guessing at Empire, thank goodness.

I walked into Empire Loan and right away was greeted by one of the tellers. I was greeted with a smile by 2 other woman who worked there, acknowledging my presence right away. The gentleman I dealt with was polite and informative, being that this was my first time there. I walked in and out within 10 minutes with what I needed. Would come back again. Thank you.

They take advantage of people and pay the people the less they can I even heard a conversation that the manager at the time saying offer the person the lease as possible so they won’t bring the welder here I don’t want it here even knowing that the welder was worth a lot more money for me I needed money for gas I had to sell my rotozip and another power took that I spend more than 200 dollars I had to sell for 25 dollars because of the need and loss of job those people are no good and take advantage of th poor don’t go their go to Lynn tools they will help you more

I been going to the Lynn store for years,, Neil always treats me great. Selva I can't say enough good things about her. They are wonderful all the employees at that store. I tell everyone I know to go to that store in Lynn.

I am very pleased with their understanding about not being able to pickup whatever you pawned. I was 1 month late picking up my merchandise, and All it took was a phone call to explain my situation and they held it for a nother month for me. I' always go there when I need a little extra money. Very happy with their service and customer service

Empire loan in Lynn Ma. is excellent , they are polite , friendly and honest unlike the other pawn shops in Lynn that aren't fair or honest . I've used empire over and over and will continue to because they are the best in the business . If I could give them 10 stars I would in a heartbeat .

Love Empire Loan in Lynn, MA! Have been buying gifts here for several years, mostly jewelry for my daughter. Their pricing is very fair, but more importantly, I love the uniqueness of what they have! Neal and his entire staff are wonderful, they do the little things that keep me coming back, like cleaning a ring for me or modeling a pendant and chain that I’m interested in. Thank you so much! We went into Empire Loan in Lynn to pawn about 6 pieces of 18K and 14 K gold chains and charms. The woman was extremely rude to us! She wouldn't accept my boyfriend's expired ID even though there is a law that the Registry of Motor Vehicles is allowing expired ID's to be used for 1 year because they were closed for months because of COVID. Then she only offered us $25 per peice when they have given us way more than that in the past so we asked for the gold back and we were gonna go somewhere else and she literally threw the gold so fast under the window and with such force that the gold went on the floor! VERY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL!!
