I was looking for vintage drums and guitars on the web and found this place. I called and spoke with Ryan. He was beyond helpful and knowledgeable about what he had for sale. I came in to pawn an engagement ring that I paid $2,600+ for and I was told they would give me $120 for it. That's not even 10% of what I paid for the ring! That's complete ROBBERY because I know they'd sell it for more than 10x that amount. I read reviews expecting this place to be good but it wasn't for me. Would NEVER come here again!

This is the best pawn shop experience I've had yet. The workers were really nice, I was working with Rebecca directly and she was really knowledgeable about the products and she was really nice and always smiling. She needs to get a raise! I will defiantly be coming here for my next pawn shop visit. :)

Lilly, was absolutely amazing, she was very helpful, friendly,and knowledgeable right from the start over the phone. When I arrived the service just got even better and with a warm smile. If you need some cash or even to buy something this is the place to do it. They also have a lot of great stuff for sale in the shop from Air Jordan shoes to motorcycles stop in and check it out.

I came to fast cash & pawn today and there service was great/fast! Brought a couple of items in to pawn and left with cash in minutes. They did not take all the items I brought in but the ones they did, I received a fair amount of cash for them. As I was getting an estimate on an item I decided to get those items estimated somewhere else so I let the staff know that I would pass on their offer and there response was polite and professional. Where can I even begin to talk about this place. I've been coming here since I was 13 years old and they've always taken amazing care of my things. This place is SECOND TO NONE!!!! I've used many pawn shops in the last 25 years and I've never found one near as great as this one! The staff is as pleasant and helpful as you'll ever find. If you're buying or selling; I can assure you that you'll get the best quality and price imaginable. My husband and I have sold/took a loan on over 20 items in the last 6 months and we always feel that we've been taken care of very well. Due to recent financial troubles I wasn't able to pay on 2 of my loans last Friday. Even though I was a month late and couldn't pay what I owed J.C kindly and without hesitation renewed both my tickets for another 30 days so I wouldn't lose my items. NO OTHER pawn store would ever do this!! Each time I come in here Jessica and Ethan always help me find a price I can deal with if it’s not they always explain the reason as to why they give the price they are giving I highly appreciate them each time for giving me the BEST customer service..

They were nice enough people but they didn't do quality research. They offered me $10 for a bow that needed to be strung but if strung is worth 250-300. They also said my arrows weren't worth anything even though those arrows used go for $30 EACH. I did sell them my wood chipper which I had to basically beg for $75 on a $300 used value woodchipper. Summary is: clean store with nice employees, just don't go here if you need fair money for your stuff or if you know what your stuff is worth

Man, I done been to Ryan, Rio, Dennis, That Hispanic Lady with the very very nice figure (I know she Gone kill me) the whole dam staff and they treat me like I work there. I don't even say nothing anymore just take my stuff in the back cause they have a shelf already reserved for me. I think they done did a few parties with my equipment they have it more than me. I have been to many pawn shops in but this has to be the best one in Aurora. Very nice selection of of electronics, Great prices, Without a doubt the best service they will go above and beyond to help you the best they can. My minor concern is when I call in asking a question there have been a few times that I have been given an attitude for no reason but other that that most of the time they can be friendly. I highly recommend this pawn shop over other competitors.

My fiance and I came into the shop for the first time after finding this business on Google. The main reason we came was because they were only one of the few shops open on a Sunday. From our first step in the door to our last one out we received the best customer service we have ever received in a pawn shop!! Ryan and Lily answered all of our questions promptly and politely. We were treated with the utmost respect which you rarely find when doing business with a pawn shop. Mind you we have done business with several other shops and have never experienced the customer service we received here . We went in for a loan and where given far more then we expected much to our surprise. They helped us out tremendously in doing so. Great place, I’d never pawned anything before and felt so embarrassed to do so and didn’t know what to expect. I heard so many horror stories but I did it any ways, well they were awesome and from what I tell others, that have pawned before, this is as good as it gets. They are truly in it to stay in business not rip ppl off like the horror stories I’ve heard. In fact I went from never pawning anything to continually using them (always pawning the same thing, a system my son never plays with) and I’ve never had a problem and in fact the opposite, they work with me so well when I have forgot about dates. They are in it to make money of course but in it to stay in business and do it fairly. Don’t go anywhere else if you are looking to pawn something not to mention their great prices on products...... coming from a single mom who they could have easily taken advantage of and didn’t like other places.

The older Hispanic lady behind the counter instantly had an attitude with me when I brought in an item in 1 hour before closing. She mentions how I’m coming in so late and then she scoffs when I show her an item I’m looking to get a loan on, saying how it’s worthless. I know it isn’t worthless, she was just too lazy to begin the paperwork for it. Didn’t even bother checking her computer to see its value. Another aurora pawnshop gave me $85 for it the very next day. I’m giving this shop a 2 star review because the customer service was awful but I am giving it 1 additional star for a benefit of the doubt that this was an isolated incident based on other good reviews.
