I have used their services several times and want to make special note of the services provided by Debby. She really cares about her customers and works hard to make sure we are satisfied and do not have to wait long, even if there is a line, which seems like it is quite often. Otherwise, I have no complaints! Please, please give Debby our thanks. She is great and really does care about her customers!

I've been here several times and have always been treated respectfully. Debbie is fantastic - she's quick and efficient and works hard to get us out the door as quickly as possible. She handles herself well even under the most stressful conditions (alone and without air conditioning on a sweltering summer day)!

I've been there on a couple of occasions now. Debbie was superbly friendly and professional. There store was very clean and well lit. The only problem I had with the store was not with Debbie, but the fact there were 3 employees in the store but only one helping customers. This made my wait time around 30 minutes. There needs to be more than one employee out front especially when customers are waiting.

Debbie is a nice and sweet woman she takes care of things in fast and reliable way and works with me if a predicament may occur to my health. She is a very hard worker and does her job with excellent's at all time.

This is a good place to do business. If you run short till you get paid from an unexpected bill or issue..they are great. I never seen girl's that go above and beyond their job. They make you feel like they've known you forever the little time you're there. Great customer service! As a matter of fact.. THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

New Manager has been added to this store! Service was FAST, accurate and a very “family” feeling when I went in. I will definitely only get my loans from this store! I highly recommend them! Jenny was amazing and answered all my questions.

My experience with payday loans, was a very positive one. Debbie was very helpful and very accommodating scheduling my repayment on the loan. I was temporarily embarrassed about not being able to provide her with all of the necessary documentation ,and she assisted me step by step using my phone. I was able to get access to some of my accounts and allowed her to make copies, all in all it worked out great. The girls there were very polite, and efficient.

The employees at Fast Cash have great customer service and professionalism and the ladies there treat every customer with dignity and respect . They helped me to find solutions to get immediate cash help, and also in find resolutions on how to end the payday cycle, as it is not meant to be used for long-term financial help, by borrowing less each month. They are SO NICE and accommodating! VERY sweet lady, quick process, not NEARLY as lengthy and frustrating as other loan agencies. Genuinely feel like they want to help people, NOT JUST charge late fees and charge extra for irrelevant things. AMAZING place!
