Financial One Credit Union Baltimore St, Blaine

Terrible website, and loan payment site. Financed a camper through them and 98% of my payment has gone to interest. Which means it won't be paid of in the 5 year loan like it should be. After several disputes they refused to correct. That seems criminal to me.

We have been members of this credit union for 20 years or more. When we moved to the south metro it was no longer our primary bank. We kept the account open. We are glad we did, we called to inquire about used car loan rates and were offered a very attractive loan and asked if we were interesed in a consolidation loan - We worked with Barb and the process was quick and efficient and she provided excellent customer service to us.

I have worked with Ka Yang on a couple of personal loans, and a car loan throughout the years. She is amazing to work with, is very patient with any questions I have that may arise, and her sense of urgency to do what she needs to do in a timely manner is unmatched! I have moved about 45 minutes away from the Blaine location (north) and have still/will still bank with them because of their customer service, user friendly app, and atm fee reimbursement. Keep up the good work!

I have been doing business and working for Financial One Credit Union for 7 Years; they have always had excellent customer service. On many occasions the staff has gone above and beyond for the members! We offer awesome CD and Loan rates, reward checking accounts and friendly smiles!

I LOVE my Financial One Credit Union. I had bad credit a long time ago and no one would help me. Financial One gave me a second chance and now my credit is AWESOME! I do all of my banking with them and refinanced my loans with Financial One and the loan process is fast, efficent and is explained in terms that I can understand. Tammi at the Blaine office is always so helpful, kind and courteous! Love the customer service she gives. She always has a smile and so willing to help me out with my financial needs. I have been with this bank for 6 years and when I say this bank makes you feel good about banking with financial one I mean it. I have been to the other locations but this one here is by far the best. The tellers are excellent they treat you with respect and dignity no matter how large or small your account reflects. Ka and Barb are absolutely amazing as well. They listen to your needs and give honest feedback. I just feel good about the service I receive from the blaine location. I drive the extra miles if I need anything except the atm which one is located extremely close but I rather this location.

I have been banking with Financial One Blaine location since 2011. Their service is outstanding! Every time I am there the tellers greet me and are very helpful. Also, Tammi, the branch manager, I have done many transactions with, she is amazing! I recommend them to all of my friends and family!
