The staff is very thorough and helpful. The online banking app is great. The only thing I wish they could add to the app is the ability to pay loans that I have with FFB.

Everything was a hassle with these people. The answer was always "I dont know I will have to talk to the people above me." Nobody knew anything and it delayed our loan several months. Will never do business with them again!! Also not very friendly or wiling to work with you. Search elsewhere and save the hassle

Great, personal customer service. Wide range of banking products and accounts for customers at various stages of their lives. Excellent mobile app for depositing checks and verifying account balances. First Financial Bank is my favorite bank.

The bank is self is awesome but for some reason my online banking won't let me log in when I know I'm using the right password. It now wants a security question I never remember being asked so I can't log in at all.
