The staff here has always been very helpful and polite. Except today the manager scolded one of the employees for being late infront of me. I didn't think it was very appropriate and was kind of awkward. I felt bad for the employee. But she was very helpful

Great bunch of people. Recently bought a like new guitar and amp. Prices on the tags equaled 150, was sold the pair for 100 even plus tax. Amp was not working correctly, so today I took it back. They credited me the amount I paid for the amp towards another one in the store, plus marked down the price of the new amp. At the same time I expressed an interest in another amp costing nearly 300. They marked down the price of it to 200 out the door and let me put it on layaway. I love this place, they have always done me right.

Great service every time! They have a constantly rotating stock of inventory and employees that are both very nice and quite knowledgable. The building is large, clean, and well lit. You never know what you will find, so give yourself plenty of time to look around. You'll find yourself stopping by every time you're in Grand Forks.

They know their stuff and if your honest with them they will be honest with you very helpful I love first national ,it's Ironic that I used to live in SD and go to the one in rapid City all the time , and the next time I move too way up here there's one always been my favorite pawnshop

First national pawn in grand forks gave me the best pawn expierance toping all other pawn shops iv ever been to around the country. And trust me I have been to a few of them. These guys and there customer service gets a 5 star rating from all around awesome place to experience will be back again!!!

Ashley was great. She excelled at customer service. She greeted several customers by name, and multi-tasked several quick transactions between helping me and others. She was super friendly, helpful and fun! She negotiated the selling price of the more expensive ring. I ended up buying 2 rings and she cleaned both and shared in my excitement on the difference. It may be a pawn shop, but I felt like I was in a high-end department store! I'll definitely stop in regularly to review the new rings and other merchandise. I'm glad you use the commission reward program because Ashley deserves it! She also deserves a bonus and a raise. You'd be very wise to keep her happy.

Not bad but check discs before you buy them.. bought a PS4 game and when I got home I found out it was scratched to all hell and wouldn't work past the first loading screen

I've been a long time customer of the First National Pawn in Grand Forks, and the staff that work there have been great to me. Great deals, great products, and whenever I've had a problem, they refunded me (at least with in store credit) or replaced my item. One of the Employees, Joel, is absolutely phenomenal and is great at customer service. Awesome place, I recommend.

Juan is one of the best employees they have there. He always has a smile on his face and an amazing attitude with positive vibes when we deal with him. He is by far our favorite person to work with when we come here. If you're ever lucky enough try to get Juan to help you. He is also very knowledgeable on many things. By far my favorite person to work with!

Have been doing business with this company in general for years, and with Ken in particular. Always a great experience, extremely friendly and professional. He knows me by name and its always nice touching base with them when I come in. Highly recommended, top-notch business!

Went there to sell something worth $300 or more about a month back. A guy there only offered $100 and at the time I wasnt willing to go that low, but I came back trying for $150 but if I couldn't get that I'd take the $100 and they only offered me $50?...I told them one of their workers offered $100 and the lady helping me in a condescending tone told me that it was the Manager and Assistant manager saying that so it overrules what that person said. Pretty garbage thing to do.

I bought an Xbox from Steve at First National and I had a great experience! There are so many consoles these days, i didn't know which one I should get. He recommended I get an Xbox, and some games he thought I would enjoy, and he was spot on! I really liked talking to Steve, he is a great guy who delivers great service!

Staff was friendly, but I definitely should’ve gotten more for the ring I sold I went to three different pawn shops to try and sell they offered the most but it was originally $1200 and they would only give $100 I didn’t personally buy it so it wasn’t a big deal to me but should’ve at least got $300

Always stop in at First National. Yuge selection of everything from musical instruments, tools, electronics, unique items too. My fav place to shop and sell items. Great team that is easy going and friendly. Highly recommended.

So I like to kind of update reviews. From time to time. I've been using the this pawn shop for probably well over two years now. They're consistently honest. They go above and beyond. If you have a pawn that comes due, they'll give you heads up on it, and there's not a lot of places that will do that, so. Nothing but good to say about these guys.

My Husband is a store manager at a well known furniture place they also use podium as a way for their customers to leave positive experiences, they also let their customers know that they will be receiving a text asking how their visit was I would appreciate if you would have told me that I was going to be notified via text message asking for a review, my overall experience was good it was very busy but the lady helping me was very cordial.
