Horrible place. They cheat you out of what you deserve. Maybe the one in the Bronx is better but the one in Mount Vernon s****! He gives you a low ball amount for practically new designer items. Will never go there again.

Whenever I am in need of some quick cash Gem is there to help me out. They are reasonable and they will even let you pick up items late if they are still available.

It's a fast and thorough process if your pawning items. They give you 6 months to come back and pick up your stuff. Alot of pawn shops don't even give you more than a month.

While in Mt Vernon, I stopped in and was greeted by Galo. He was very informative and and courteous. He answered all my questions honestly and offered the best price on my item. I will definitely stop in again and will tell all my friends to see Galo.
