I have been a good customer and paid my payments on time and was treated very poorly by John and then they took an unauthorized payment from my account. I spoke with John who took my payment with that card and he asked me if I wanted to keep it on file and I said no. I checked my account this morning and they took my payment without authorization and then when I called about it he was very rude and not willing to help me and lied. I will never use or recommend this business. It is sad this is what customer service has come to.

Idaho finance was amazing to work with fast friendly service. Carla and Sandra definitely make the loan process as fast and easy as possible. Quick response time and very quick getting it all taken care of. Will definitely be coming back if I need help again.

I had my identity stole back in January and I started making payments over the phone using a secure account. Each time I made payments I instructed the employee helping me that these we one time payments on this card. When I made the March payment I went in person and made the payment and stated to the man that helped me that I would be in April first and restart my direct payment through my original account. Well Thursday afternoon a payment was taken from the account that I had to use until I could get my original up and going. I NEVER TO MY KNOWLEDGE GAVE THEM PERMISSION TO USE THE CARD THAT I HAD MADE THE LAST PAYMENTS ON. That caused me two bounce fees totaling 58.00 and causing me a bunch of issues with those businesses. I will finish my paying up my account but will never do business with these folks again. I don’t like being stolen from.

We really love Idaho Finance, everybody there are always so helpful and understanding and very friendly they get to know their customers and are very personable we always leave with a smile.

I did not like their customer service at all. I walked into the branch and told the people who I was after they approved me for $300. They then lied to me about verification of employment cause I called my boss and he told me that he did in fact get a call from Idaho Finance. Plus they were very rude and they pretty much forced me out if the store before I had a chance to get my money. So I would like everyone out there to realize the branch in meridian is a very rude, unprofessional, and unfriendly environment. Plus they will not give you your money after they approve you on the phone.

I came in to get a loan as I was in a really tough situation and had some unexpected expenses come up. The ladies that helped me were on top of everything. They called back when they said they would call back. They were honest, fast, and so helpful. I had never had a loan before but they made sure to do what they could to get me the best amount possible. I really couldn’t thank these lovely people enough for being such a huge help when I was in a position I didn’t want to be in. I highly recommend coming here for all financial needs.

Just got fired for standing up for myself. I didn’t appreciate being talked down to or having orders barked at me. I wasn’t given a reason just told I wasn’t needed anymore the same day that I say I didn’t appreciate being treated badly, I feel bad for what the ladies have to deal with. There is no way of making a complaint except by leaving a review. Terrible place to work for. Plus your not allowed to take your two 15 minute breaks that by law are required, you only get extra breaks if you smoke. The ladies are great but management needs and overhaul. They do indeed buy google reviews by giving crockpots if you leave a review not for just opening an account now you must leave a review while in the office.

They gave me more than I requested and were so kind and responsive. Service was fast and easy!

I have made some poor past decisions growing up and didn't know how much credit really mattered. Idaho Finance has certainly assisted me with my financial needs when I have been in a bind. The staff and atmosphere there are non judgmental and I believe they are sincerely there to help those in need. I appreciate all of you as a whole and thank you very much for helping me out when I needed just enough to cover unexpected circumstances!!
