Heather is an amazing person, she was kind and very humble. She took the time to explain everything to me and even allowed me to activate my NetSpend card there at the office. It was really cool to see her go through this whole process with me for a loan and train another employee at the same time and be so calm and collected, never got frustrated or impatient. Was just all smiles and made sure my needs were met and worked hard to get me my loan. Thank you heather. This is the spot very professional and they go above and beyond.

Marla and heather at this specific lovation are such amazing people, I will never ever go anywhere else, they both have worked with when times got hard and gave us top dollar for our title loan, I honestly can not say enough godd things about this place, and the office is always so clean and smells so nice, they have both treated my husband and I like family, if I had the option to give more stars I would but unfortunately I am only allowed to give five but they deserve so many mote, thank you guys for being there for my family when we needed you!!!!!!!

This branch is probably by far the best. Coming from another city with the same company, this branch takes the gold. After my experience with the last branch I was about done. But the ladies in this Nampa office has been extremely helpful and have gone above and beyond. Heather has made it pleasant when I have come in, as did the older lady (forgot her name) I would absolutely recommend this location to anyone! Great job ladies!
