My husband and I had a family emergency and needed to get out of town right away. Our financial situation was hindering us from taking this trip. I called Illinois Title Loan to gather information about obtaining a loan. When i arrived i was taken care of by Alisa. At first NOTHING was going right. I was having a very hard time pulling documents i needed from my phone. The store was preparing to close and i was running out of time. When Alisa found out why i needed the loan she really went above and beyond to get me the $$ I needed. Not only did she stay at work an extra hour to help me out, she also was able to get me an extra $ 100 just to make sure i had enough to do what i had to do. Alisa really did an excellent job and really exceeded my expectations in customer service. Overall it was just a great experience. I highly recommend you request Alisa if you ever visit this business.

I went into Illinois Title Loans, not really understanding how everything worked or was suppose to work. Crystal from the office on Torrence Avenue, was very patient with me, explained everything I needed to know and had questions about. I have been to this location 3 times. They are very respectful and reasonable. Cherie was the representative who took care of me all 3 times. She was well mannered and made it convenient for me when I couldn’t pay on time. I recommend this location for anyone looking to get a title loan.

I was supposed to go to the one next door but stopped here instead and boy am I glad I did! Alisa was amazing she welcomed me with open arms and helped me get through all the problems I had that could have stopped me from getting the loan. Any other place would have turned me around! I am from Detroit and contacted Alese and Cherie weeks prior to me driving to Illinois to take out a title loan. As they informed me on the phone they were able to get me a loan for the exact amount they promised. When many of these other loan companies do not accept out of state customers this place did not deny me. The ladies were very welcoming and made sure my trip from Detroit to Illinois was not in vain.
