I was assisted by Lyn at this location and she was extremely helpful. The experience was painless and Lyn made sure I understood the process by answering all my questions! Update went back for a new title loan after paying for my original. The process was great, smooth even but my advise don't use The prepaid card. Universal silver is the worst prepaid company around and they offer the worst customer service, they declined my transaction yet took my funds from my card. Called me after about 10 calls to them to say they put the money back on my card. Which was true only to find they had taken it back to cover the declined transaction. When I contacted them this time they informed me that I would have to wait up to 90 days for a refund. Instaloan I suggest you try and find a better company to do business with!!

I came in with the worst feeling ever with my situation that I had on my shoulders. Immediately with the help of Lenise I felt so much weight lifted off of me. I was told that since somebody else at the address I live at owe them then I couldn’t get a loan which has nothing to do with me and they had me there for 3 hours retaken pictures of my self and my car. Just a bad experience all the way around. Never will recommend nobody to them. But the white man walks in and get treated like a king. So don’t listen to them when they say they can help you out

I called looking for information on a title loan and called Insta Loan in Longwood - Brandon answered all of my questions and told me exactly what I needed to have with me when I came in to process my loan. Today only one person was here to help customers and she was on the phone on a conference call upon arrival. Can't make payments online if using your own insurance so you have to sit and wait. Waited 40 minutes to be assited and there was only one person ahead of me. Customer service was great and she was doing what she could but management needs to do better.

Do yourself a favor, never ever use this place, even if you are desperate. They are a predatory lender. You make your monthly payments and never pay down the principle. They are bullies when it comes to getting extra time to make a payment. They didn't even have any soul during the pandemic, almost lost my vehicle.

I have been recommended by my friend to come here and I was amazed on the customer service. I had miss Lynn, mr. Cliff, mr. Brendan giving me the best advice, information, and all options explained and broke down on the many details I had for cost, dates, fees, principal interest, and any if not all questions I needed to understand in order to have a piece of mind. They also give me an educational insite of insurance dates and broke down my insurance dates VS. their insurance (a 30-day coverage) in a careful and caring way that I had no idea and was pleased they were considerate on my own personal budged income. they were very prompt efficient and help me even when I left my keys (my luck!) got locked out outside when they were ready to take a picture as part of the progress. They helped me call AAA, they waited another 10 minutes after they were close so I was safe and not alone outaide. The next following day, i came back again to thank them and to continue our paperwork....the service was so quick that I was never so very happy in my life as a customer service I would recommend anybody to come and have this service experience!!!!!!
