My Experience was surprisingly a lot better than I expected. The staff was friendly, and my agent Andrea was very helpful and understanding. Went in today to inquire about the loan process. Walked out an hour later with my loan. Reps were very professional and eager to help me. I was lucky enough to get Brittany as my rep for the hour and what can I say except she really knows her stuff!
