I am changing my review and the reason is: Yes, Krystal was very pleasant. Explained everything in details and answered all questions I had. She did say i should pay more than the minimum every month. But what she didn’t say was that: I got $2100 loan, every month i paid around $300 payment and my final payment was $2313... so their interest is outrageous. Another thing is that there are 3 different moods inside their store. 1 - when you first come to do the loan, all smiles and sweet 2 - when you come to pay monthly, rude. Not so friendly. No smiles 3 - when you come to pay off and they want you to recommend them to family and friends... SO, unless you are dying and need the money DO NOT COME HERE!!!

They are ver friendly and have amazing customer service. They go above and beyond to help and they make sure to explain and break everything down for you. The lady in the first desk when you come in helped me and she is funny and amazing. If I ever need help again I will definitely go there. Definitely recommend!!!!!!😁😁 we need more customer service like that in other places.

This Place is a rip off i got a loan for $1000 and they never told me if i pay it early i have 30 days to pay it again i got the loan on November 26th and i thoughts i had to the 26 of December so i pay it the 5th of December the Puerto Rican staffs are useless they took my car stole my daughter's wheelchair all my belongings in the car and don't want to give it to me they kept my tags i wanted to get my things back but they wont let me the cops wont even give any information were my car was impound at dont go to InstaLoan in Kissimmee next to Golden Corral i was only 2 weeks late
