I had the best customer service experience with Michael. He made it super easy and fast to get a loan and was very and understanding and patient. I needed money the same day for an emergency and needed it fast. It took me less than 30min and left with way more money than I needed making it easy for me to even payoff other things I was behind on. He will help getting whatever you need and make it happen. Definitely recommend this place if you need last minute help.

I was approved for a title loan. I worked with Heather and she explained everything in details honestly on how the process works and the customer service that I received was wonderful. The process time was about 50 minutes but Heather was able to get me approved in that time frame. I don't really like taking out loans because of all the hiding fees but she was up front about all of the payment information and on why you want to pay the loan back as quickly as possible to save on interest rates. Thank you instaloan on the excellent customer service that Heather provided me!

Mike Matiska is one person that I feel I can trust my life with! He made the process such a joy. He even taught me, as a computer illiterate person, feel literate. Heather and Tim were SO helpful! I've never taken a loan out like this before and I was super scared and nervous and they made me feel so comfortable. They weren't out to get me for everything, they clearly just wanted to help me with what I needed. They answered my billion obnoxious questions, explained everything thoroughly, and walked me through every step. Heather did a great job with my entire application and Tim stepped in to answer the more difficult questions about numbers and whatnot. I had them calculate the fees for like 5 different loan scenarios and they were so happy to help and did not make me feel like an annoying customer at all! I hope I don't have to take a loan like this again, but if I do I would %100 come back to see these two!

I had a great experience here at the Phillips location. The manager was awesome he helped me into a loan and the process was fast and easy as I only needed a small amount anyways. Came in to ask a few questions on how the loan process works. I spoke with a young man named Carven who was very helpful with answering all my questions. I have to get more documentation before getting the loan but i will definitely be returning. He made me feel comfortable and secure with my decision. Highly recommend anyone looking for a loan to come in and ask for him.

Saw a big sign riding down University that said InstaLoans and decided to drop in for a little extra vacation cash to get me by until next payday. I met with Mike who was very professional and explained how they do title loans and signature loans. I took the smaller loan of $250 with a pay back in 2 weeks at about $30 interest which isn't very bad. They do however not give you cash, but put the money on a prepaid debit card which can prove challenging when needing cash, but I used it for things like gas and dining out; getting rid of the last amount on the card buying a cup of coffee from the gas station. Easy, fast, and professional is the best way to round this review of InstaLoan.

Made a phone call and spoke with a polite gentleman named Mike who gave me totally accurate info as to what I needed. Made quick drive up there and had an amazing experience with Dominique who was pleasant, efficient and fun. Whole process complete in about an hour and left with money in hand. Nobody wants to be in a position to have to have to turn to a title loan company. But life happens. The staff at this location was always helpful. They worked with me when I needed extra time and when I paid off my loan they couldn't have been more easy to work with. All of the staff members I ever worked with were exceptional. Was in and out with a loan I needed on very short notice for my wedding. They were very nice and professional. Only downfall is that you have to go into the same location in order to make your payments but they are working on an online system in the future. Would recommend!

This place is amazing. I've been here and have had 4 loans I've paid off. The staff has always been direct with me on the pay back. I've sat here and heard every single employee overly explain how the loan pay back works with each customer. I've even been in here as people admitted they were explained how the loan structure works and they said they just didn't pay attention admitting fault! It's simple, if you don't have good credit and can't get a low interest loan at a bank you pay more for any loan pay back. Don't come in demanding a low interest rate when you know darn well you've burned every payday loan place, credit card and bank in your life. This place is direct with the pay back, pay your bill on time and get your title back. For those on here that write bad reviews, know all of your reviews are horrible and degrading with every place you've been. Every restaurant, apartment complex etc. This makes your bad reviews non relevant. Get a grip, pay your bills back and be more productive with your life and your time. This place is fantastic and transparent.
