I was very happy with the way she handle my account she gave me full information on things I did not know

I was promised I would receive a loan if I had my direct deposit and bank information with 2 pieces of mail, I verified everything before I went there and was told I was garranteed approved, they last munite decided to say they had to do a credit check and denied me after I was garranteed and made sure before I wasted gas to go there, then the manager lied and sayed she didn't guarantee and I have it on recording that I told her my credit is not good she sayed it's ok just need what I provided. I had to borrow money from a friend for gas to get to work because they lied to me.

Not good at all, minimum payment is just the interest. Have to pay more than minimum to go towards principal. So you want me to pay almost 500 a month, that is higher than the payments when I was paying it off through the dealer, and it doesn't even touch the principal. The payment when I owed 20,000 was 295 a month but for 2,000 you want pretty much 600. Never again.

Very welcoming and pleasant environment.. My first time here and i have to say its very welcoming. I walked in and was immediately greeted by one of the girls and was attended by the GM her name was Julia very nice lady. She started me off fairly quickly and proceeded to my paperwork. She the handed me off to Alexandra who was also helpful in which she finished me off with my paperwork and the loan process. These girls work as a team to get you what you need. Very satisfied with the services. Highly recommend if you are looking for a loan.

I'm not gonna lie you get the loan right then and there, they helped me get some money when I needed it but then when I went to pay the minimum by the end cause I didn't have enough I find out that they hit you with a 48.8% interest rate, I've never seen that so high in my life so practically If I were to pay the minimum is be paying it my whole life, they never said anything. Overall if your really in a pickle Don't come here unless your able to pay the full amount within the month if not then good luck with the interest rates.

HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT!! I only went to instaloan because at the time the reviews I read were great. Sadly my most recent experience was trash!!! I was NOT told that the loan needed to be paid back I'm 30 days. That your monthly payments are only buying you 30 days to make th next payment!! Taylor is who I did my initial loan with. Taylor you're who I talked to when I called and needed the clarity. And Taylor I who had the best reviews prior to visiting. I was under the assumption that there was a pay schedule that I could have the loan paid off in full. So the question I didn't get answered was where is all my money going during those 30 days since apparently it's not going towards the loan? I'm currently having someone looked at the documents because something clearly isn't adding up. ZERO STARS until this matter is resolved.! I'm not looking for na apology I looking for a correction.

Insta loan has some prejudice employees. They add false information to your file. Don't go to Insta loan. I make $4200 a month . The Lady was prejudice and added money that I never knew I owed to my old account.👿👹👺

Instant loan in Ocala, Florida has the worst customer service. They don't tell you what there doing, while searching the internet for one hour with no communication. This office really need some Curtesy training. These are the most hateful people that I have ever met.

Loan was there when I wanted it, I got it on my car title. Was it worse it, no. I been paying only the interest ($170)which is extremely high. While at the same time the total loan amount keep going up. You must pay over the high interest to pay off your loan. Listen, read and consider well before jumping into any contract, especially...can you, and are you willing to pay that amount in return?
