I do not recommend coming here. You are better off going somewhere else to get a loan. This type of loan will just put you in a bigger hole. When you first sit down with them they want you to leave a review how good their service is. Which it was. If you don’t pay more than what your monthly payment is you will still have the original balance. Your amount will stay the same.

This loan agreement is absolute robbery. The intention is basically to make you lose your vehicle. You can't keep up with the payments and the interest rates and insurance are astronomical. They basically ensure that unless you repay your loan within 30 days that you will never be able to get out from under it. I have now paid at least $1000 and my loan balance is still the exact same amount if not more than I originally owed. I wish I had never done this and am now trying to scrape my way out without losing the only thing I have left in this pandemic which is my car. I am about to lose everything due to this loan. I do not recommend anyone take out a title loan with this company or it will ruin your life. I actually was proactive after losing my job, went I to my branch to discuss options so as to not lose my car but somehow refinance at a lower rate, even told them I want to continue paying but I can't at the rate I currently am. I was told there was nothing thing that can be done for me and Iveth said she has had at least 4 people in previously before me about to lose their homes and gave them the same story. I do not know how the people that work for this company can sleep at night. Life in the United States is rough enough right now with the job market and covid and then you give your clients no options. DISGUSTING

I've never done a title loan before and was quite nervous about the process. I was helped both by Lonnie and Elizabeth. They were both very professional and made me feel comfortable with the process. I actually left yesterday after finishing with Lonnie as I wanted to think about going through with the loan. I came in this morning after deciding to go through with it. I am so greatful for the services provided by INSTALOAN! Denova is hands down amazing down to earth and completely real and understanding. As the year is about to end I've been paying my loan now since we had a summer crisis and we unfortunately fell into a bind with Christmas around the corner and although I won't be buying presents I am able to keep a roof over our head until I find a job due to financial hardships I was able to borrow again due to my faithful payments. So I am completely forever greatful for the services I've received hands down their a ten and I'd recommend the company to anyone!

Talk about 5 star customer care in a clean, open, friendly, welcoming office setting in an easy to get to location with plenty of parking, here it is. I had an amazing experience at this location. I called first to find out any pertinent information i would need to know prior to applying for any assistance. Iveth, who is one of the two sweetheart employees who eventually greeted me with a huge smile and pleasantries answered my call in a courteous manner and let me be assured i had all info i needed prior to arrival. I go there and Iveth and another really nice woman greeted me, her name is Denova Erickson. Denova helped me with my business their, she was charismatic and more than respectful and diligent as she walked me through the steps and i found the process to be streamline and simple. She gave me every bit of info i may need and every way to contact them and reassured me any questions i may have can and will be answered with ease and never to feel like i can't ask something. Then both women wished me a wonderful happy, healthy, and lucky day and i did the same and i left telling myself i'm gonna let people know the good experience i had as is with many folks only want to be heard when they wish to gripe about something and i had nothing to gripe about, only to brag about and here it is.
