Jennifer and her team are amazing and I would highly recommend them. Jennifer talked through many different situations with me and ran numbers countless times before I found my new home. I am thankful to have worked with Jennifer and her team, Kelly, Cody, Brian, and Katie. Obtaining a VA loan with Guaranteed Rate was a smooth process despite the amount of paperwork work needed to obtain the loan. Most of this paperwork needed was not in either Jennifer’s or my control. An example of this was waiting on a signature from Army. Jennifer’s team did a good job in their diligence to ensure all aspects of the loan had been covered. We started the process of submitting documents in early April and closed on a home in late June. This is very quick considering it’s a VA loan and it is without a question a seller’s market. Thanks to their communication, Jennifer and our realtor, Trish Kelly, helped incentivize our offer and expedite the seller to accept our offer while working outside normal business hours. I would recommend and use Jennifer’s team again.

I’ve used Jennifer and her team for 2 different mortgages. One for my first home in Denver, CO in 2017, and again in 2022 when my wife and I moved to Austin, TX and bought a home. My first home buying experience was as easy as it could get. Jennifer, Katie, and the rest of the team were phenomenal to work with. I had a 3 and a half week closing that I needed to make work, and they got on it immediately. They were timely with their responses, and ultimately got me to closing earlier than expected! They even were able to lock in my rate right before rates started climbing (and wouldn’t come back down to my rate until 2020). They made me feel like I was their only client, and we were finalized and ready to close days early. In the months leading up to buying my second home in Austin, Jennifer would take my calls answering questions I had about funding options etc. I wasn’t actively her client, but she treated me with the same level of service and responsiveness as if I was. Which is why it was a no-brainer to have Jennifer and team write our mortgage in Austin. If my first home buying experience was phenomenal, my second experience with the team set the bar even higher. The team was even quicker with underwriting, and we were able to have a full underwriting before we were even ready to put an offer in.
