I love this option to buy with easy 4 payments.. my only down fall is I have perfect payment history with them and had my purchase power at 450 paid all my items off early and they reduced my purchase power to 250 I don't get that but it's concerning as with all credit when your 100% normally your spending power increases not real sure there but still like the app...

I love the idea of buy now and pay later. Klarna is next level when it comes to buying items with no interest. This option is awesome when you are making larger purchases. Thanks Klarna!

You cut off access to my account because I needed to change my email and phone. No personal interaction, over an hour on the phone on hold 17th only to have rep hang up on me. Not supervisor Erika cut off my access when I have 2 payments to go and now no way to pay! Payment due on the 24th, give me my access back! Horrible company threatening my credit! What's wrong with you! I should be a valued customer with my payment history, instead treating me like a criminal! I want a phone call, no Bots!!!

It's a GREAT service, IF you use it responsibly! I've used Klarna for over a year now, and I love it! I've never had any problems with it, except for the sites that don't accept it.

I discovered Klarna about a year ago through one of the online craft store vendors. I had a great experience the first, second, and third times I used their services. Love that I can stock up on a larger than usual scale during one of the store's Blowout Sales in between paychecks and not be concerned about missing out! Split equally in 4 payments every two weeks makes it easy to budget the small payment into our financial expenses. I enjoy Klarna, they've not made an error yet on my account. I got the app the fourth time I used their service, it's great for ease of access to your account!

This app has made my everyday shopping, birthday gift, holiday shopping the best! Love that I can pay in four installments rather than the full amount upfront, and if I am in need of returning something, the steps are super easy and simple.

Wow I love this app. Found Klarna while shopping at Sephora. Was skeptical at first, but so glad I took the jump. It is helpful specially when you need to get something really quick and don't want to use a credit card. Love that there are no penalties to pay full balance right away. Wish I would've started using this sooner!

I Love Klarna! They help me when I need or want to make a purchase before my next pay day. By spreading the payments out. So instead of a large sum of money coming out all at once, it is divided into 4 payments, and made more manageable. All of that with no interest! This was a huge help with holiday shopping. It's like layaway, but you get the product up front.

Klarna is the best thing since sliced bread! I have used it many times on purchases and have yet to encounter an issue!! I even returned something once that had payments left, and I received a credit immediately. This is a wonderful service and I highly recommend!

Klarna has allowed me to get things I wouldn't have been able to until later. I'm terrible at saving for something I want, so this is the easiest way for me to do it. Over time, my limit with them has fluctuated, but if you pay early or on time as much as possible, you will increase rapidly. They will work with you in a bind, after you have established yourself. I was on the fence a few times but this service has helped me immensely and my quality of life and comfort, as silly as that may sound.

I've been using Klarna for well over a year now and all I can say is I love it! You can use it almost everywhere and it really works for people either strapped for cash or just want to have big orders broken down into digestible bights. I can't recommend it more, highly recommend.

Klarna makes it easier for you to really shop many stores, and pay one time, at checkout. I can make payments online, for any amount, at any time. And they keep up with the paperwork if needed. You can look, back from the beginning of your loan and see all the payment yor interest paid. It's really is easy to control your loan, yourself.

The beauty of Klarna is that it is a private pay plan unlike a credit card that reports to Crediting bureaus each mo. Klarna does not report to credit bureaus. There is no middle man. Your business is between you and Klarna for payment - not the merchant. I love the easy way to shop in 4, however it’s not easy getting to their customer service which can be very frustrating. Having a very pleasant tone when shopping, but trying to get questions answered that are not in the “frequently asked questions” section is frustrating. I gave a 4 due to the shopping experience being great, but the customer service area I should take 2 points off not 1 but decided against doing that.

Bait and Switch, approves you at first for small purchases and will even give you a credit limit increase. Then they will deny you when you try to make a larger purchase afterwards, what's the point of a limit increase then? PayPal "Pay in 4" is much better.

the app is user friendly. If there are any discrepancies in your order, Klarna will correct your balance and if not customer service is available via chat. It doesn't take forever for them to "right a wrong".

I was a little sceptical about using Klarna because of a bad experience with another company but I tried it. My first order was shipped and arrived on time. I told friends and family how easy it was with no issues. Another thing I liked is you have access to change the CC you want billed at anytime BUT I am disappointed that I cannot use my Capital One credit card's. I use different ones for travel and purchase points and sadly I can't use any of them. Hopefully Klarna fixes that as I, and other's, would purchase from them more often. Hence the 4 stars not 5.

I love that you can either pay in four payments every two weeks (which is my pay periods) or 6 months (with interest). It is very convienient and will help out during Christmas time.

I absolutely loved Klarna until the last 3 weeks or so. App appears to still processing payments with no problem BUT when trying to create a one time card for a purchase it gets "stuck" in the loading of the page after you select the amount for your card. It doesn't matter which store I tried it does the same thing. I contacted help via chat which is worthless and 1/2 + wait time.

This is the worst experience I’ve ever had with a financial company! I made a large purchase in April 2021 & first payment was due May 26. I made the payment 25 days early & paid more than the amount due. My June payment I paid 26 days early & again more than was required. Then I began getting harassing texts & emails from them requesting payment, even though my payments clearly showed as posted to my account. Calls to customer service accomplished nothing. I was told not to worry, that my payments had posted. Then I get an email not only asking for payment yet again, but tacking on a $25 “reminder fee!” Excuse me? I’m being harassed for paying early & for paying more? More calls ensued. Was promised that the $25 fee would be removed. Days later, I get a letter in the mail telling me I haven’t even made my first payment, & reiterating the $25 fee. More calls. Today, I just received an email from a supervisor telling me that he has removed the fee as a one-time “courtesy” but that I would be responsible for any further fees!? I’m seeking the assistance of a lawyer with this harassment.

Been using Klarna for awhile now. It's a convenient and disciplined way of purchasing items with credit. The 6 weeks or 4 payment option eliminates the need to only make minimum payments on Credit purchases.

Awesome app now i can buy anything i need without worrying if i have all of the money in my bank account or using my credit card and paying high interest on it.

How I do most of my shopping. Treat it like credit and it will treat you good. I'm at a 1000 credit line. It allows me to buy big ticket items without using a CC.

Honestly loved working for this company until they sent me through an emotional rollercoaster while pregnant. In the end was never hired on and was told many times “it’s gonna happen” then they laid off 10% of their employees. It’s just going down hill super fast. Sad to see an amazing company that I loved go to the dumps.

I have been using this for 18 months and I have spent a ridiculous amount of money. I absolutely loved it..until I purchased something at Bed bath and Beyond and the store canceled part of the order because they didn't have it in stock..they eventually adjusted the cost on my Klarna but never adjusted the tax. I spoke to BB&B and also Klarna and they both point fingers at each other and shrug. It's only an extra $5 but someone has it that shouldn't and they should be more vigilant about making sure we have proper channels to ensure our money is safe and correctly spent. BB&B won't handle it because it's now a Klarna problem. I paid it off..Klarna verbatim asked me to "please not message them concerning this" because they didn't have an answer. Just terrible and shady and makes me uncomfortable now with all of. Now I went back and re-totalled my tax for all my other orders because I don't trust their shrug. I encourage everyone else to double check the small things like that!!

The worst customer service ever. Your availability of your credit line changes entirely too much! I'm a dedicated customer BUT my purchase power went from over $400 to $120 in one day with NO explanation!

Definitely a company just trying to make money off people. Will never use this company again! I tried this service and was not happy at all. I ordered a product and needed to change my address and they couldn’t do it even tho the product won’t be arriving for months. I have also paid off this service before I’ve even received a confirmation date of delivery of my product and they still charged interest. Users beware of this service.

I purchased a one time card to buy some headphones from target and the store reached out to me to let me know that they are out of stock it also let me know that my order would be canceled within five business days if I did not make another purchase, so I reached out to the store to let them know that I will not be choosing another item they told me that it is already canceled in their system therefore I reached out to Claudio to make sure that it will be canceled on their end as well and let them know that target has canceled it themselves the agent assured me that my order has been canceled and I will not be charged if anything has been charged already that will be refunded . This turned out to not be true I was charged the next day for not one but two sets of headphones and Klarna will not do anything about it I am furious !!!!

I like this service. I would like to recommend being able to have more then one one time card because there are items that I would like to purchase from another but cant because the card was used in another store. So I have to wait to pay that one off and then use another card. Also The payment for each week should come out the evening not that early morning due to peoples payment arrangement.

Klarna is an amazing when you want to satisfy your craving for instant gratification. Make sure you got it first, but it can enable you to do things slightly faster than normal, such as getting ink - with the printer, or picking up the missing part - with your used purchase on ebay. Klarna is an amazing app that lets you make 4 payments over time instead of paying everything outright. As a single mom with 3 kids money can be seriously tight especially during this pandemic. Klarna helps me manage my money and have some for emergencies and it’s so easy to see when the next payment is, and you can even ask for more time if needed or pause a payment if there’s an issue with your order. I won’t use any other service like this unless it’s klarna.
