This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. They are taking over 60 days to send me my money back, risking my bank account to get charged off due to a bill pay mistake. I accidently sent them 15k instead of 1500 and they are giving me the run around to give me my money back. I have sent in proof 4-5 times. I have had employees tell me my refund was on it's way, when in fact it wasn't. They never call back when the call gets dropped which is every time I call that happens. This company is a joke and no one should ever do business with them.

Sara and Ashley are the best. Of all the financial lenders we use to help our customers with financing, Lakeview is our favorite to go through. They have great communication with us as well as with our customers and we hope to continue doing business with them for years to come. Thanks guys!

Lakeview Financial is by far the best financing company I have ever worked with! I have financed with them twice now and will definitely work with them again in the future. They are professional, understanding and work with all credit types.

Janine and Clarissa are amazing. No matter what your lending needs give them a buzz and they will do everything they can to help you out. They were able to get me a great car loan when nobody else would help or could. Give them a call and you won't be disappointed.

Highly recommend. They helped out a ton with multiple loans, made the process easy, and get you money within am hour. They were willing to work with a car dealer to get me a loan on a rig. I ended up going through another dealer for the rig we really wanted but had we not found the other one we would have had taken their loan offer.

Thanks to a place who is able to help us finance our new vehicle after our last vehicle was involved in a total loss accident. They have a very friendly staff. And I love how they are involved in the community as well!

This was my first time working with Janine and Clarissa. They were both so friendly and helpful! I needed to replace my bald tires before the deep snow hit, and they were able to secure the loan I needed, so I could take my car to the shop the very next morning.

I have no experience in financing cars (I don't know if they do more than that, but that's what I used them for) but that being said...I would refer people I know here for their financing needs. I'm happy with my monthly payment amount, especially given how terrible my credit has gotten (thanks identify theft!) and their staff did their work as quickly as they could to get me in and out, and they were super friendly. And also, they gave me a warranty. Well, told me I had to accept it, which kind of sucked because it added something like another $1,000 to my total amount financed. But then I went and looked at what the warranty actually covered, and my attitude changed, really quickly. It's a fairly comprehensive warranty that covers a lot of things that would cost me a lot more than the cost of the warranty to fix should they fail. So that's super cool. And also shout out to their collections folk, or whoever makes that call. I am out of the country for work, and for whatever reason my bank rejected the charge that was my car payment. Maybe it's because I notified them I'd be out of the country and they blocked transactions originating in America, or because I've never financed a car and they're not used that, combined with the stringent security measures my bank puts on my account because of the aforementioned identity theft, but when Nexus called to let me know the payment didn't go through, they were super nice about it. 10/10 would recommend again.

I absolutely loved Nexus Financial. The staff was fast, efficient, and kind and made purchasing a car effortless and fun. I contacted them on Wednesday, and by Thursday we had a check in hand and took it to the car lot. Their efforts brought back memories of owning a mortgage company and I even said to my husband when we left, I want to work with those ladies. You cant go wrong with Nexus Financial and I 100% stand by that.

I've been with Lakeview Financial since September 2020. I've never experienced such amazing customer service with a financial company before, really any company. They go above and beyond to help and make sure you are taken care of. They truly care about their customers. I lost my job in August and they went thru every option I had and helped me get my payments taken care of while I looked for work. They made it less stressful on me. I would recommend them to everyone I know and don't know!

I have had 2 vehicle loans through Nexus and they are above and beyond awesome. They will work with you if you ever need to move a payment and they are always so extremely nice on the phone, email or text. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a loan for a vehicle, boat, RV or just about anything else.

Over the last couple of years every time I had a true emergency life or death no matter what the situation was every time that I've asked Nexus financial to help me they were right there they've approved me and if they couldn't approve me they figured out a way to help me and when I go in there they're always so kind and sweet they treat me with such respect and kindness I feel like no matter what the circumstances are they will always try to help me they're just a very good company with a big heart and that's what matters to me the most and they're always very professional people

I have had a loans through Nexus for years now. They are so wonderful in the office and the company itself is great. I don’t have anything bad to say about Nexus Financial!

We were in need of help and needed it quickly. Lakeview was prompt and very efficient in processing our loan from start to finish (also upfront about expectations). The employees are very nice and helpful which makes the experience even better overall! We are very comfortable in our decision to choose Lakeview Financial, and appreciate the local hospitality and hometown-vibe you get when dealing with them. Highly recommend.

I do not recommend this outfit to no one. My wife bought a car and then required a 25% down. The trade was 1000.00 and took my title to my bike. When we signed papers the girl indicated, once we meet the 25% down through payments I would get my title back. That was a full out lie on their part. Didn't get my title back until payff. Justin Ahern is the office manager (punk) and wouldn't give me back my title after I had met the agreement. Don't ever, ever do business with this outfit if you smart enough.

These guys are awesome! We've had a Nexus loan for 3+ years and they have always been great to work with. It's hard to find a place that will work with you if you have less than perfect credit, let alone one that will also treat you like a human being. They are easy to work with, super helpful, and non-judgmental. Everyone we've ever dealt with has always been so nice, a rarity in the loan industry. We love Nexus!

Lakeview Financial is a very welcoming business. They will work with you on payments. I would rather take out a loan through Lakeview than Advanced America or MoneyTree! They people are professional but really good people!
