I have been using Lending Bear's services for about 3 years now. They are very kind and professional. In the three years I've been going to Lending Bear, I have never been treated rude or unfair. Their merchandise is very affordable and very quality. The best part is the deals and discounts they offer. I always look forward to going to Lending Bear because I know I'm going to get a great deal and leave with a smile on my face. I highly recommend them for every need you may have that they offer.

I bought a tablet with a keyboard on July 1st and it worked for a few hours and I couldn't get it to work at all until Friday and then Friday night it quit working again and today July 6th it still won't work.i tried to return it yesterday but they was closed so I went in today to see about returning it and they would not let me return it saying 3 days with a receipt well how can I return something if you are closed for a holiday?please explain that one..I will never do business with these ppl again

OK this has got to be said. There five star review is BS they can enter you in a drawing to give them a five star review to win money! This place is definitely not worth a five star review. Made a dumb mistake of pawning my title. They charge way too much on interest. But the problem was when I went to refinance i was treated very very bad had to email my paycheck stub to some random email acted as if I was a criminal and didn’t deserve it. I know that day to pay it off. Best felling was walking out with my title never to do that again!

You ever get upset so bad thinking about a place that did you wrong! Can’t shake the felling no matter how hard I try. Then they have the nerve to send you a 25.00 gift card I guess to slap you in the face again. Thinking that’s all I was worth. Look here I fell on a hard times when work cut my hours due to COVID I made the bad Choice in using y’all. But if you think your customers are worth 25.00 after paying 1000s in interest payments! Worst PR ever!

The way they treated my husband was horrid. Never in my life should a loan place be rude to someone with great collateral. After the way they treated him I told him to rip up his title so that will never happen again!!

Lending Bear is great! An excellent place to go as an alternative to a regular store. Really appreciate the staff and the prices for that one unique item you might need. Go there all the time and just found out about lay-a-way. I once bought a brand new blender for half the price of what I would’ve paid at Walmart. Great place, friendly staff.

My experience at Lending Bear is always pleasant. The ladies always provide prompt and professional service. They make each of their customers feel welcomed and appreciated. The application process is also very easy. I have referred other customers and by doing this; I received $20. Also, today Ms. Wanda Rose assisted me with items that I was interested in knowing about. She was very patient and answered all of my questions. She also explained that they had a Christmas layaway. I'm so happy that she shared that information with me, because I had no idea that they offered layaway plans. I truly recommend Lending Bear at the Dothan, Alabama location. Bought a ring pay $250 for it today about it the girl didn't take none of my information or anything and I didn't think nothing about it but I can pull it up on bank statement showing what they about it but yet they're still going to give me a half the price I pay for it and after my wife done Ponder title once or twice with you people going to take the business somewhere else and on top of that I bought the ring from you like I said you're going to give me 65 and I go to your competitor and they give me 150
