I got approved for my business! I was contacted by lendzi after submitting my information for obtaining a business loan. They were the second company to contact me and I really liked how they had a large variety of lenders that they worked with so my odds seemed good. We are a new business just Over a year, so I was nervous about any lender taking a chance on us and getting approved. I worked with Shane through the whole process. Shane was able to get back to me with a offer within 30 minutes after I submitted a application. The whole application process was very quick and didn’t take too much time. Shane was there to answer all my questions and readily available by phone and email at a moments noticed as I was nervous to share my personal / business information he made me feel reassured that everything was confidential. Unfortunately the first lender fell though due to business bank history but to my surprise Shane and his manager dean were proactive at the very moment of the denial and had another offer lined up for the same amount but even better terms than the last one. Pretty sure this is a scam. Misleading by sending an approval email . I set up an appointment to talk with someone at a specific time. They didn't call. I called them and was told I had been approved for a crazy small amount with an outrageous payback plan. Then trying to trick me into an insane contract. Then when I said no they said we will work on it and call you back in a half hour. Hmmmm no call back. When I have tried calling them they hang up on me. Do legit business people do business this way. I don't think so. Super shady

Shady business practice OnDeck will send you a reset password email. Once this is done they tell you they will log in. They sign all your documents for you and they never let you login until everything is done. When I was able to login and see the documents, the rate was horrible and the payback was atrocious. When I called to cancel everything that I never signed in the first place, I was told I would get a call back. No call back and no answer when I attempt to call.

I started my business in June 2021. I'm looking to grow my business but needed working capital to really get things moving in 2022. Austin and the team at Lendzi were great to work with and I will have my funds within 2 days of making my initial request.
