Loanmax is a responsive and courteous business. It was very easy to get the loan. My only complaint is I took my loan out on the 2nd because I really needed the money. However, on a monthly basis, I get paid on the 3rd. They won't adjust the payment date and charge me an extra $25 every month. So, basically, I feel they're ripping me off every month.

This place is awesome. The customer service is off the chain. You never know when you need extra money. When i need extra money i always go see Elsa up at loan max. She takes care of me and always gives 110 percent when dealing with me. Everyone up there is great but Elsa is my girl.
