I don't give bad reviews to any businesses, specially when I've done business with them for years. But this place has changed. The young lady, working approximately at 1:30, has very poor customer service skills. On a scale 1-10, I'd give her a 0. Generously.

Extremely professional and understanding... I built a great relationship with Melissa through this process. Her communication skills in explaining every option available for me make the most of this loan and benefit from it actually blew my mind! Tiffany from the big store loan max was great!! She was professional amd went threw EVERYTHING so if it is your first time ever getting a loan threw them you leave knowing you know everything amd not left wondering about the loan you just took out!

Absolute best customer service i have experienced anywhere in a while. The woman that had initially answered my call to see if i could come in was informative, pleasant and professional. (Sorry didnt get her name.) The woman Netty that handled my loan was amazing! Again professional, very welcoming and had me in and out in under 40 minutes. Its hard enough to go to get a loan, asking for money is never easy.. But when you have people like Netty that make you feel comfortable and love thier job it makes it super easy! I totally recommend LoanMax in Salem, NH 353 S. Broadway! The staff deserve a 10+++ 😁
