I have been here twice and have been taken care of by a manager by the name or Dora! She has been so kind and so knowledgeable thru the entire process. I only come here for my loan needs lol. Especially if Dora is working! Highly recommended!

I have never applied for any kind of a loan before. The very knowledgeable ladies walked me through the process. It went quickly and had a few laughs along the way.

It has been the worst decision of my life. All other bill collectors will work with you because we are going through a pandemic but this place has really gotten a bad attitude when we said we couldn’t make a payment. First off they don’t give you blue book value for your title they low ball you with a black book value. Our loan is 7 days late and they are calling harassing us everyday about a payment when we already told them when we would come in and make the payment. Customer service is by far the worst. They should have some understanding that if we had the money we wouldn’t have used them in the first place.

We have had a great experience with this location. The ladies in the office are very friendly and helpful. There were a few times when we were short on the payment and they were more than happy to work with us. I would recommend this place to anyone.

The lady’s in the office were so helpful and explained everything right ! I went with my friend and witnessed everything ! I would go and get a loan for myself Thank you! Especially to Anna! She explains everything I don’t know her like that but I already love her!

I came in yesterday and was extremely pleased. I had a ton of questions and was a little nervous. I was working with a young woman named Anna and she was very very helpful and polite, a real sweetheart. I would recommend anyone who needs a loan to go see her.
